Et si vous vous faisiez accompagner pour y aller pas à pas avec une approche qui vous convienne à vous. Je vous propose un accompagnement nutritionnel global et profond sur mesure car la nutrition reprend tout ce dont notre corps, notre cœur et notre mental se nourrissent. Il s’agit certes de l'alimentation, mais aussi du sommeil, de la gestion du stress et des émotions, de l'activité physique que nous pratiquons (ou pas), de la respiration et de la bienveillance que nous nous accordons.

Consultations en présentiel (Uccle) et en distanciel.

Je propose également des séances de yoga (vinyasa ou sur chaise) individuelles et en duo (un moment doux à partager). Un yoga inclusif, bienveillant duquel vous ressortez énergisé et apaisé et qui permet de renouer avec son corps en douceur.
