Biography


I studied medicine at VUB and have been working as a surgeon since 2010. In February of 2022, I completed my PhD at the University of Antwerp with the topic: 'Surgical innovations in the treatment of pudendal or cluneal entrapment syndrome'.

You can make an appointment with me for the surgical treatment of pudendal and cluneal entrapment syndrome. Also for proctological problems (such as haemorrhoids, fissura, fistulae,...), abdominal wall fractures (inguinal hernia, umbilical hernia,...), gallstones, benign gastrointestinal or intestinal diseases (gastric rupture, diverticulitis,...) and, of course, for the treatment of pelvic floor problems such as faecal incontinence, chronic perineal pain problems, fistulae (anal and rectovaginal), anal prolapse, etc.
