Dietician - Nutritionist certified INAMI and Yoga teacher, I help you to reach your goal(s) by composing a healthy relationship with food and this in the respect of your body and your convictions. I took my first steps as a clinical dietician at the CHU Saint-Pierre Site Porte de Hal. This experience made me aware of the real benefits of a balanced diet for a healthy body. As my passion for well-being continued to grow and in order to be able to offer a global care combining my two activities (nutrition and physical activity), I specialized in sports nutrition at UCL. With the ambition to develop my contact with the patient, I decide to start dietary consultations at the Mimosa center. Here are the themes I address during my consultations (adapted to children, adults and seniors): weight loss, food rebalancing, undernutrition, vegetarianism, food allergies and intolerances, diabetes, cardiovascular pathologies, sports nutrition, nutrition for pregnant women and breastfeeding, digestive pathologies, kidney diseases. I would be delighted to help you find or regain your balance for medical reasons or simply to make you feel better.
