Who am I?

A medical doctor for nearly 15 years, my journey has taken me across different cultures and languages, enriching my understanding of the human experience. My own personal path, marked by challenges and a search for meaning, has led me to embrace a holistic approach to health. Today, I bring my medical and psychological knowledge, my experience, and my attentive listening to support those who wish to reconnect with their vital energy.

My approach

I offer personalized support, integrating:

• Psychological life coaching: to prevent burnout and depression by improving the relationship with oneself.
• Gentle hypnosis: to foster inner listening, helping you reach your goals or work through personal challenges.
• Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture: regulating the energetic system to address emotional difficulties as well as physical and organic imbalances (such as sleep issues, digestion, pain, fatigue…).
• Somatic Experiencing® (body-based emotional work): releasing buried emotions through the body.
• Ikigai exploration: discovering your reason for being, for a fulfilling and meaningful life.

I have also gone through moments of deep questioning, which led me to rediscover my own inner light.
