Suite à une entorse, j’ai eu la chance d’être suivie par Ambre. Des le début, j’ai été mise en confiance grâce à son écoute, son professionnalisme et ses explications claires. Les séances m’ont énormément aidée à retrouver mobilité et confiance dans ma cheville. Toujours bienveillante et encourageante, elle a su adapter les exercices à mon rythme tout en me motivant à progresser.
