Au cours de mes années de pratique, j’ai développé mon expérience en tant que kinésithérapeute en centre de rééducation spécialisé en ortho- traumato et en tant qu’indépendante. Mon travail c’est toujours basé sur une collaboration avec de nombreux kinésithérapeutes, médecins, pédiatres et spécialistes. Cela me permet de vous proposer une prise en charge adaptée à vos besoins.

Je me suis spécialisée dans différents domaines dont :
- Fasciathérapie musculo-squelettique : technique qui permet de travailler sur le tissu conjonctif que l’on retrouve dans les tendons, les nerfs, les capsules, les membranes…
- Yoga Vinyasa : pratique du yoga adapté à la personne. Source d’inspiration pour mes exercices de mobilité et de respiration en kiné.
- Nutrition : conseils et orientation vers mes collègues nutritionniste
- Programmation Neuro Linguistique (PNL), hypnose : utilisées en complément, si nécessaire lors de prise en charge.
Ce qui me permet d’avoir une vision plus globale de votre prise en charge que se soit au cabinet ou à domicile.
