Spécialisée en périnéologie (pré-post-partum, douleurs sexuelles, problèmes de cycles menstruel) et en santé physique et sportive, j’allie mes connaissances anatomiques et mes expériences personnelles sportives afin d’orienter chaque patient vers le bien-être, le mouvement, l’idée de devenir la meilleure version de soi-même, en alliant prévention, passion et dynamisme. Je pratique la kinésithérapie traditionnelle pour tout traitement des traumatismes orthopédiques que ce soit en prévention, en curatif ou en rééducation/revalidation. Je suis aussi spécialiste en thérapie manuelle ostéopathique qui me permet de traiter les blocages biomécaniques (lumbago, torticolis et autres dysfonctions articulaires). Enfin, je forme les travailleurs à mieux gérer leur corps au travail grâce à l'ergonomie et plus précisément à l'ergomotricité pour les travailleurs physiques. J'ai acquis actuellement une expérience de plus de 4000 heures de cours.

Je suis Ambre, kinésithérapeute diplômée en 2021 d’un Master en kinésithérapie générale, et je me suis récemment spécialisée en kinésithérapie uro-gynécologique.
