Passionate about sports since I can remember, I specialize in sports medicine, low back pain, running and manual therapy! My practice is based on scientific evidence and taking into account your experience, your needs and expectations!

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

Graduating with a master's degree in physical therapy from Parnasse-ISEI in 2017, practitioner Joachim De Meur takes care of all types of musculoskeletal pathology. Specialized in sports, traumatology and orthopedics, he consults at the Stay Strong Sprl Center in Uccle (chaussée de Waterloo 868), a clean and relaxing practice. He also receives you at his office for nutritional advice related to sports, coaching and physical preparation, for the management of sports injuries, for rehabilitation. He helps his patients solve joint problems, to prepare physically before practicing a sport activity. He can also help you overcome hand, neck, back or wrist pain. He is punctual and conducts his consultations in French or English depending on your language.

Passionate about the human body, I finished my physiotherapy studies at the Haute école libre de Bruxelles in June 2019 with great distinction. I worked in a nursing home, in a private practice (the alternative care and therapy center) as well as at the Bracops hospital on an outpatient basis and as an inpatient in the surgery department. I currently work in two offices located in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Evere. Diplômé d'un Master en kinésithérapie à la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles, Hugo Rojo Suarez pratique la kinésithérapie générale, incluant l’orthopédie, la traumatologie ainsi que la rhumatologie. Il est également spécialisé dans la prise en charge maxillo-faciale (ATM). Certifié en kinésithérapie du sport à Paris, il intègre cette expertise dans sa pratique quotidienne, en adaptant la rééducation et la prise en charge aux exigences fonctionnelles de chaque patient, sportif ou non. Son engagement à rester à la pointe des avancées en kinésithérapie assure des soins personnalisés et efficaces.

Ostéopathe et kinésithérapeute diplômée de l’ULB, j’accompagne tous types de patients, adultes, enfants, sportifs et femmes enceintes, avec une approche personnalisée combinant thérapies manuelles, rééducation et conseils pratiques. Mon objectif est de soulager les douleurs musculosquelettiques (lombalgies, cervicalgies, troubles posturaux, tensions liées à la grossesse ou au sport), d’améliorer la mobilité et la qualité de vie. Diplômée en kinésithérapie et réadaptation à l'Université Catholique de Louvain. Motivée et dynamique, j'exerce dans un cabinet à Jambes et j'effectue également des visites à domicile aux alentours de Namur.

Je suis également formée en pédiatrie.

Etant conventionnée, j'applique les tarifs de l'Inami.

Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, je me suis spécialisé en kinésithérapie du sport grâce à la formation Kinesport Expert, ainsi qu’en prise en charge musculo-squelettique.

Ma pratique repose sur une approche active et personnalisée, fondée sur des méthodes validées scientifiquement (EBP), afin d’assurer une récupération durable et de prévenir les récidives.

J’accompagne tout type de patient et de pathologie, en adaptant chaque prise en charge aux besoins et aux capacités de chacun.

J’accorde également une grande importance à l’éducation thérapeutique, convaincu que comprendre son corps est essentiel pour retrouver confiance en ses capacités et favoriser l’autonomie.

Le cabinet se situe au -1 de la maison, par un escalier avec deux rampes.

Elena Trifan, has a master's degree in physical therapy and specializes in pelvic-perineal rehabilitation. She treats all disorders of the gynecological, urological, proctological, pelvic floor and abdominal girdle. In order to ensure optimal, global and individual care, she also specializes in global postural rehabilitation (Souchard method). In addition, she deals with all problems of the maxillofacial sphere (adults) and cardiovascular disorders.

Sien Peeters works as a physiotherapist at the "Centre Médical Jourdan" in Etterbeek. She graduated from KULeuven in June 2018 with a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Kinesitherapy. Patients can contact her for all kinds of problems and injuries: musculoskeletal problems, sports injuries, jaw joint problems etc.
