Graduated from HEPH Condorcet in 2021, I practice general physiotherapy oriented towards orthopedics and traumatology. Passionate about the sporting world and working alongside athletes of all levels (professional athletes/amateur athletes), I decided to specialize in this field.

Sensitized to active listening in order to best adjust the treatment to the request of her patient, Pénélope Chariot practices orthopedic (muscle, joint, etc.) and trauma (accidents, operations) physiotherapy with babies, children and adults. ,...). Specializing in Manual Therapy, she approaches the pathology using gentle manipulations, joint mobilizations, and kinesiological tests. She has a cranio-sacral and visceral approach and also refines her practice by opening up to energetic Chinese medicine and microkinesis. After graduating from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I now work at Bsports Health, a health center that distinguishes itself by its holistic approach to patient care. During my university studies, I had the chance to work in the same center as a coach. Thus, I was able to develop many skills in the field of fitness. In order to optimize my care, I am currently training in manual therapy and crocheting. In addition, I keep up to date with the scientific literature in order to provide my patients with adequate treatment. My goal is to do everything in my power to help my patients regain their function and relieve their pain.

Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'UCLouvain, j'ai continué à me former dans le domaine du musculo-squelettique avec un second master. Actuellement, je continue à me former dans le but de devenir thérapeute manuelle. Je peux me déplacer à domicile. Je propose une approche centrée sur le patient avec un traitement personnalisé aux besoins de chacun.

Diplômée de l'Université de Liège en 2006, je me forme régulièrement afin de vous garantir les meilleurs soins. Je me suis notamment spécialisée dans les Chaînes Musculaires Physiologiques (Busquet) ainsi qu'en Thérapie Manuelle Analytique afin de soigner mon patient dans sa globalité. Particulièrement intéressée par la prise en charge du dos (opéré ou non opéré), je suis également à l'aise dans le domaine de l'orthopédie, traumatologie ainsi que dans les rééducations post-opératoires. Convaincue par le bienfait de l'activité physique à tout âge, je propose également des cours de gymnastique douce. Souriante, à l'écoute et ponctuelle, je vous reçois au centre HexaClinic dans une ambiance chaleureuse, le lundi après-midi et soirée, le mardi après-midi, le mercredi matin et le jeudi après midi. À l’obtention de mon diplôme, j’ai choisi de partir directement en Suisse pour enrichir mon expérience. J’ai travaillé au centre "MotionLab" basé à Lausanne. Un centre innovant, collaborant avec des clubs de haut niveau, où j’ai accompagné sportifs amateurs et professionnels, développant ainsi mes capacités d’adaptation et ma vision de la kinésithérapie sportive.

J’ai également participé au lancement de la D-Lang Academy (en partenariat avec la NBA Academy) prenant en charge la prévention et le suivi des joueurs tout en collaborant étroitement avec entraîneurs et staff, ce qui m’a familiarisé avec les exigences du sport de haut niveau.

De retour en Belgique, j’ai poursuivi mon parcours afin de continuer à progresser et m’épanouir professionnellement, en mettant à profit mon expérience internationale pour enrichir ma pratique.

I am a physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from Poland and an Advanced Master's in Manual Therapy from VUB Brussels. I am passionate about manual therapy and dry needling, and I enjoy helping patients relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve their overall well-being.

Graduated with a Master's degree in physiotherapy from the Catholic University of Louvain in 2019. I had the opportunity to work for 3 consecutive years in France. Sociable, attentive, smiling and empathetic, I enjoy contact with patients and my goal is to offer them the best possible rehabilitation as well as to see them evolve. Assessing my patients and working in a personalized and individual manner is essential for me in order to gain their trust and establish a therapeutic alliance. General physiotherapist, I treat orthopedic/trauma pathologies (sprains, fractures, tendinopathy, lower back pain, shoulder pain, acute or chronic pain, etc.), respiratory pathologies, neurological pathologies, rheumatological pathologies, etc. I have also had the opportunity to train in physiotherapy and breast cancer in order to help people suffering from this disease to gently rebuild their lives.

Kinésithérapeute conventionnée, je vous reçois au Centre de l’Hirondelle dans une atmosphère accueillante et bienveillante. J’oriente ma pratique vers la kinésithérapie générale (orthopédique et gériatrique), j’accompagne aussi bien les adolescents que les adultes. Mon approche repose sur une véritable collaboration : nous définissons ensemble vos objectifs afin que vous soyez pleinement acteur de votre traitement, avec un suivi individualisé qui favorise une rééducation efficace et durable. Je parle français et anglais, et je veille à ce que chaque séance se déroule dans un climat de confiance et de respect.
