La santé de la femme et la périnatalité me tenant à coeur, je me suis spécialisée en pelvi-périnéologie féminine. J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Je travaille également avec la méthode Pilates pour vous accompagner dans un renforcement de la sangle abdominale profonde.

Fraîchement diplômé, j’ai fait mes stages à l’institut Bordet (Oncologie), à l’Institut National de la sclérose en plaque (Neurologie), à la clinique du Lotier et à l’hôpital Saint-Jean (Orthopédie) et Erasme pour la revalidation cardio-pulmonaire.

Nayis David is a registered physiotherapist practicing at Basic-fit at Place Jourdan. Passionate about his profession and attentive to his patients, his areas of activity are mainly general physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal disorders such as sprains, tendinopathy, neck pain, lower back pain, etc.; Respiratory disorders; Cardiac rehabilitation; Post -operatives; Fractures,...), sports physiotherapy (Sports injury, hooking, sports manual therapy, rehabilitation, athlete monitoring,...) and plans to soon train in maxillofacial physiotherapy (TMJ disorders) and physiotherapy vestibular. His approach consists of having better pain management by putting the patient at the center of his rehabilitation via several manual techniques and different exercises specific to the patient while basing on his experience in outpatient services (Cardiac revalidation at the Clinique de Europe and in Orthopedic Revalidation at the Bois de la Pierre Clinic). Diplômé d’un Master en Kinésithérapie et Réadaptation à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, j’accompagne mes patients dans chaque étape de leur parcours de santé, qu’il s’agisse de soulager des douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité ou de reprendre une activité sportive.

Grâce à mon expérience dans le domaine sportif, j’accorde une attention particulière à la performance, à la prévention des blessures et à la réathlétisation.

Je mets l’accent sur le mouvement et sur des exercices ciblés afin de favoriser une récupération optimale et durable, tout en vous donnant les outils pour devenir acteur de votre progression.

With more than 4 years of experience under his belt, he is able to offer quality care to his patients. Indeed, Mr. Théo Durt is a health professional who is passionate about his work. Attentive, smiling, and determined, Théo Durt knows how to put his patients at ease thanks to his developed listening skills and his desire to satisfy his clients 100%. During his career, he has researched the Foam Roller massage and participated in various conferences in the field of physical therapy. He also worked as a physical therapist at the Antoine Depage Clinic. Théo Durt welcomes you in his own practice at Avenue des Armures, 81 in the city of Brussels. You can also find him in the Born 2 Move Sport practice or the City Clinic practice. Consultations with physiotherapist Theo Durt are not subsidized and last on average 30 minutes.
