Graduated from ULB in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, I welcome you in my office located Rue Edgard Tinel 30 in Anderlecht from Tuesday to Friday. Concerned about the best treatment for my patients ranging from infants to the elderly, I actively continue to train in learning new physiotherapy techniques. You can consult me ​​for all types of conditions such as general and sports orthopedic, respiratory, pediatric, neurological, cardiovascular rehabilitation as well as lymphatic drainage.

Kinésithérapeute licenciée depuis presque 20 ans, je reviens en Belgique après plus de 15 ans au Canada. 

Forte d’un bagage mixte de formations et d’expériences, j’ai toujours eu à coeur le bien-être de mes patients. 

Spécialisée en thérapie manuelle et en pathologies sportives, j’ai essentiellement évolué dans le milieu de la prise en charge des problématiques neuro-musculo-squelletiques en clinique sportive. 

Outre la thérapie manuelle, j’inclus au besoin dans ma pratique des techniques comme le crochetage (fibrolyse diacutanée), le dry needling ou le Mulligan.

Physiotherapist graduated from the Haute École Libre de Bruxelles, I welcome you on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at the Centre Paramédical Upsylon. My specialties are: low back pain, neck pain, balance rehabilitation and rehabilitation after prosthesis. I can provide you with manual rehabilitation (neurological or respiratory), help you to get rid of your joint pain, your low back pain or any other pain (hand, back, neck or wrist). You can also consult me for a sports injury, for a post-operative rehabilitation or for a bone problem. My consultations are conducted by appointment in French, English or Polish depending on the language spoken by my patient. Being a graduate in general physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB, I take care of people suffering from orthopedic, neurological, geriatric and cardio-respiratory disorders. I use mobilizations, stretching, massage (trigger points), hooking and physical exercise in my treatments. Indeed, I believe in the benefits of physical activity in healing and wish to combine the art of healing with the art of movement. I also continue to follow various trainings in order to offer you the best possible care.

My specialties include sports physiotherapy and jaw and facial rehabilitation (TMJ disorders).

I also provide home-based sessions for elderly patients and have previous experience working with professional football and basketball teams.

Elias is a graduate in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation with a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy.

Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie au Parnasse-ISEI, je pratique la kinésithérapie générale et sportive. Passionné par le domaine du sport, je me suis naturellement orienté vers les prises en charge liées au système musculo-squelettique (ortho-trauma-sport). Je reçois également pour des prises en charge générale.

Je suis actuellement en cours de formation longue en kinésithérapie du sport.
