Diplômée en 2023 de l’ULB, je suis une kinésithérapeute attentive pour qui le confort et le bien-être du patient sont prioritaires. J’accorde une grande importance à la collaboration : définir ensemble des objectifs clairs et encourager le patient à être acteur de son traitement fait pleinement partie de ma pratique.

J’aime d’ailleurs me baser sur l’idée du proverbe : « Apprends à un homme à pêcher et il pêchera toute sa vie » — transmettre des outils et des stratégies permet au patient de mieux comprendre son corps et de gagner en autonomie.

Je prends en charge aussi bien les pathologies aiguës que chroniques, avec une approche personnalisée et évolutive.

Je suis également spécialisée dans la prise en charge maxillo-faciale (ATM, douleurs oro-faciales, rééducation post-chirurgicale…) ainsi que dans le traitement des cervicalgies.

Mon objectif est d’offrir un accompagnement bienveillant, efficace et durable.

I have been a physiotherapist for 7 years now. I practice in Namur, at the Hêtre et Grandir center and in Waremme. I will be happy to receive you at the office to treat any disorder in the field of ortho-traumatology (lumbar or cervical pain, tendinopathy, elongation, surgery, sprain, fracture, etc.). Don't let a pain drag on. I also specialize in pelvi perineology, which means that I help women with all their problems concerning the intimate sphere, whether during adolescence, pregnancy or during the menopause. Who has never heard of bladder weakness? Urgent, sometimes even incapacitating urges? Intimate pain? Re-education of the perineum? Don't let this subject be taboo and dare to talk about it. I also work with children with incontinence, enuresis or constipation problems. The basis of my treatments is to see the patient as a whole, listen to his needs and find the best solutions to solve or relieve the problem. Practitioner Ayhan KARATAY is a physical therapist with a master's degree in general physical therapy from the Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci (Parnasse-ISEI). Practicing since 2018 in his private practice in Brussels (rue des Patriotes 48), he also holds a diploma in podology. You can consult him for a post-operative revalidation, orthopedic treatment, rehabilitation, back pain, kypho-scoliosis, joint problems or sports injuries. He is also able to provide care for back sprains, trauma disorders, back, neck, hand and wrist pain. Before coming to his private office, please make an appointment online via his calendar or by phone.

Kinésithérapeute diplômé en juin 2024 de l’ISEK, sportif moi-même, pratiquant le football et le triathlon, je me suis naturellement orienté vers la kinésithérapie générale et sportive. J’adopte une prise en charge personnalisée afin d’offrir des soins de qualité, adaptés à vos besoins et à vos objectifs.

J’accorde une grande importance à l’écoute, à la compréhension globale de la situation et au fait que chacun•e puisse se sentir libre de tout jugement au cabinet. Le travail en équipe et l’interdisciplinarité des soins occupent une place importante dans ma pratique, des valeurs que je partage pleinement avec le centre Care Happy.

Je continue à développer mes compétences à travers diverses formations complémentaires. Multilingue, je parle français, anglais, espagnol, persan et possède de bonnes notions de néerlandais. Je consulte au centre Care Happy les mardis et jeudis matins.

In addition to general physiotherapy, I am training in osteopathy at the IAO. Note that it is mandatory to have a medical prescription for physiotherapy before the first appointment. Que ce soit pour soulager une douleur, accompagner une rééducation ou améliorer vos performances sportives, je mets un point d’honneur à vous offrir un suivi personnalisé et adapté à vos besoins.

Je me déplace également à domicile trois matinées par semaine, afin de garantir un suivi adapté même pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas se déplacer. Les rendez-vous à domicile sont uniquement pris par téléphone.

Emilie Parent is a graduate of Parnasse-ISEI. She obtained a master's degree in physical therapy in 2020. She mainly treats orthopedic injuries (fractures, sports injuries, low back pain, ...) but is also qualified for neurological physiotherapy (post-stroke, tetra/para-plegia, Parkinson's, ...), cardiovascular physiotherapy as well as for all types of exercise training. She also practices Dry Needling to treat trigger points. She is also interested in peri-natal support.

Mon approche de la kinésithérapie est profondément liée à mon engagement humanitaire. Après huit années d’expérience comme secouriste au sein de la Croix-Rouge Libanaise, j’ai développé une forte sensibilité à la prise en charge des patients dans des contextes d’urgence comme dans le suivi à long terme. Cette double expérience me permet d’aborder chaque patient avec écoute, rigueur et persévérance. Travailleur et dévoué, je m’efforce chaque jour de transformer cette passion pour l’aide aux autres en résultats concrets pour la mobilité, la récupération et le bien-être de mes patients.

Johan Van Ertbruggen, Physiotherapist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles with a master's degree in physiotherapy in 2016. He is specialized in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and shoulder rehabilitation. He consults Monday through Friday at HSPC Health & Sports Performance Medical Center.

Mon approche est personnalisée, centrée sur l'écoute, et vise à vous accompagner efficacement vers l'atteinte de vos objectifs. J'accentue mes prises en charge sur une rééducation active et fonctionnelle.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.
