Physiotherapist graduated from the Haute École Libre de Bruxelles, I welcome you on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at the Centre Paramédical Upsylon. My specialties are: low back pain, neck pain, balance rehabilitation and rehabilitation after prosthesis. I can provide you with manual rehabilitation (neurological or respiratory), help you to get rid of your joint pain, your low back pain or any other pain (hand, back, neck or wrist). You can also consult me for a sports injury, for a post-operative rehabilitation or for a bone problem. My consultations are conducted by appointment in French, English or Polish depending on the language spoken by my patient. Graduated from ULB in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, I welcome you in my office located Rue Edgard Tinel 30 in Anderlecht from Tuesday to Friday. Concerned about the best treatment for my patients ranging from infants to the elderly, I actively continue to train in learning new physiotherapy techniques. You can consult me ​​for all types of conditions such as general and sports orthopedic, respiratory, pediatric, neurological, cardiovascular rehabilitation as well as lymphatic drainage.

Being a graduate in general physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB, I take care of people suffering from orthopedic, neurological, geriatric and cardio-respiratory disorders. I use mobilizations, stretching, massage (trigger points), hooking and physical exercise in my treatments. Indeed, I believe in the benefits of physical activity in healing and wish to combine the art of healing with the art of movement. I also continue to follow various trainings in order to offer you the best possible care.

Passionate about sport and the human body since I was little, I specialized in sports physiotherapy! I am convinced that treatment requires a proactive approach and participation from the patient! Depuis janvier 2025, j'exerce dans le centre Kin&Perform. Je propose des soins de kinésithérapie générale pour vous accompagner dans votre rééducation et l'optimisation de vos performances.

Cette année marque également le début d'une formation en kinésithérapie sportive, un domaine qui me passionne tout particulièrement. En tant que sportif de haut en tennis de table et véritable passionné de sport, je suis déterminé à mettre mon énergie au service de mes patients.

Ayant une affinité pour le sport, c'est tout bonnement dans cette direction que je souhaite me spécialiser ainsi que dans l'ATM (articulation temporo-mandibulaire). Mon approche est centrée sur vos objectifs et sur une prise en charge globale.

A côté de cela, je travaille comme indépendant au sein d'une maison de repos.

Mon approche combine techniques manuelles et exercices adaptés, afin de favoriser une récupération optimale. 

Je pratique de la kinésithérapie générale et je prends en charge les différents troubles musculo-squelettiques : lombalgie, tendinopathie, entorse, fracture, douleurs chroniques, troubles de la marche ainsi que la rééducation pré/post-opératoire.

Diplômée en drainage lymphatique manuel (méthode Leduc), j’interviens aussi dans la prise en charge des œdèmes et jambes lourdes.

Graduated in 2019 from a master in physical therapy at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles, I immediately trained in sports physical therapy as well as in manual therapy (Kinesport, Kinesitherapy of the Sport Expert). I am also a physiotherapist for the soccer club Royal Racing Club Etterbeek. This has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and expertise on sports pathologies, in order to offer you an optimal treatment that will meet your different objectives. Specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and overload pathologies, post-traumatic/orthopedic surgery of the lower limb (ACL, meniscal pathology...), I also have an affinity for the treatment of cervical and dorsolumbar pathologies.
