Graduated from a Master in Physiotherapy in 2016, I work mainly in Manual Therapy (Australian Manual Therapy certificate) including a visceral approach and the temporo mandibular joint. I also work at the muscular level in Trigger Point, Dry Needling or with suction cups. The objective is to have a global approach to allow the most individualized treatment to meet the needs of each patient.

With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, my recent training and my various professional experiences allow me to approach the most recent care techniques with maturity and professionalism in order to ensure an optimal functional and sports recovery in the respect, safety and well-being of the patient. The treatments cover orthopedic rehabilitation as well as respiratory physiotherapy (adult and child), geriatric or sports physiotherapy, with a particular emphasis on explaining the pathologies, treatment and prevention. I am currently training in manual therapies and I combine all my skills to help you regain or maintain your physical abilities.

Mes domaines de compétence s’articulent principalement autour des troubles musculosquelettiques (lombalgie, tendinopathie, troubles articulaires, post-opératoire, etc.). Passionné d’escalade, je suis actuellement en formation en kinésithérapie du sport et en thérapie manuelle.

Diplômé de la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles (HELB) en 2025, et formé au crochetage et aux troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire. Sportif, j’ai pratiqué le football pendant 18 ans, depuis lors je pratique la course à pied, le padel ou encore le fitness. j’intègre le centre de kinésithérapie miroir après y avoir réalisé mon tout premier stage pendant mon cursus. Mon but est de vous accompagner au mieux tout au long du traitement et de répondre au mieux aux objectifs que vous vous êtes fixés, ou qu’on fixera ensemble.

I am an independent physiotherapist with a passion for sports and exercise. My goal is to address any type of pathology in an active and qualitative way in order to achieve physical and mental well-being. In some cases, rehabilitation requires a more passive and manual approach for which I am always attentive and make room. Please do not hesitate to contact me. Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

A registered physiotherapist with a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation at ULB, I practice general physiotherapy and manual therapy. I will be happy to support you effectively in your rehabilitation, whether sports, orthopedic, cardiological, neurological or geriatric. I take care of the Braine-l'Alleud Castors women's basketball team playing in Belgian division 1. I have also trained in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and take care of your children suffering from bronchiolitis and pneumonia. Very dynamic and attentive, I am keen to specifically adapt the sessions to your needs while remaining aligned with the latest scientific data and of course our final objective. Je me forme en continu dans les douleurs musculo-squelettiques. J'ai également un certificat du traitement de l'œdème (méthode Leduc). Souriante, à l'écoute et soucieuse du bien-être de chacun.e, j'ai à cœur d'accompagner mes patients avec rigueur et bienveillance.
