I practice general physiotherapy (respiratory, pre- and post-operative, etc.) and I specialize in sports physiotherapy, maxillofacial physiotherapy and orthopedic manual therapy. Bonjour, je m’appelle Nina, kinésithérapeute conventionnée diplômée de la Haute École de Vinci (Bruxelles). J’accompagne autant les troubles musculo-squelettiques du quotidien que les pathologies liées au sport, et j’assure également la rééducation pré et post opératoire.

Passionnée de sport et particulièrement de course à pied, je suis titulaire d’un diplôme en entraînement sportif et préparation physique, en complément de mon diplôme de kinésithérapie. Je poursuis actuellement une spécialisation en kinésithérapie du sport afin d’enrichir ma pratique et de vous accompagner au mieux dans la prévention des blessures, la remise en condition et le retour à la pratique sportive.

Je propose une prise en charge personnalisée et progressive, construite en fonction de vos objectifs, de votre situation et de vos besoins réels. Mon objectif est de vous guider vers une récupération optimale, d’améliorer votre qualité de vie et de vous aider à mieux comprendre votre corps pour retrouver une pratique sereine et durable, que ce soit dans le sport ou dans vos activités quotidiennes.

En tant que professionnel diplômé, je me consacre entièrement à votre bien-être physique et à la réhabilitation fonctionnelle. Mon objectif est de vous accompagner dans la prévention et le traitement des douleurs, des blessures, et des troubles musculo-squelettiques pour vous aider à retrouver une mobilité optimale.

Mon approche est centrée sur vous. Chaque patient étant unique, j’adapte mes méthodes en fonction de vos besoins spécifiques. Grâce à une écoute attentive et à des techniques éprouvées, nous travaillerons ensemble pour définir les objectifs de votre traitement et les étapes nécessaires pour les atteindre.

Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation en 2021 à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j'y ai effectué des stages dans divers domaines tels que l'orthopédie, la revalidation cardiaque, la pédiatrie ou encore la gériatrie... J'ai donc acquis une solide expérience en travaillant avec divers patients, de l'enfant au senior en passant par l'athlète. L'approche holistique et la bonne relation patient-thérapeute sont essentielles pour moi car je place le patient au cœur du traitement. Je suis passionné par le corps humain, le bien-être physique et le sport (principalement le football, la callisthénie et la course à pied). En quête de perfectionnement, je participe à d'autres formations continues.

As a physiotherapist, I bring my expertise in the prevention or in the therapeutic follow-up of pathologies that can affect the different systems of the body (musculo-tendinous, cardiovascular, pulmonary, nervous,...) by revalidation and (re)education. I am also an athletics coach since 2015 and therefore know well the pathologies of runners and their functionings.

Nayis David is a registered physiotherapist practicing at Basic-fit at Place Jourdan. Passionate about his profession and attentive to his patients, his areas of activity are mainly general physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal disorders such as sprains, tendinopathy, neck pain, lower back pain, etc.; Respiratory disorders; Cardiac rehabilitation; Post -operatives; Fractures,...), sports physiotherapy (Sports injury, hooking, sports manual therapy, rehabilitation, athlete monitoring,...) and plans to soon train in maxillofacial physiotherapy (TMJ disorders) and physiotherapy vestibular. His approach consists of having better pain management by putting the patient at the center of his rehabilitation via several manual techniques and different exercises specific to the patient while basing on his experience in outpatient services (Cardiac revalidation at the Clinique de Europe and in Orthopedic Revalidation at the Bois de la Pierre Clinic). La santé de la femme et la périnatalité me tenant à coeur, je me suis spécialisée en pelvi-périnéologie féminine. J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Je travaille également avec la méthode Pilates pour vous accompagner dans un renforcement de la sangle abdominale profonde.

Kinésithérapeute passionnée de la santé et du bien-être physique et émotionnel, je suis spécialisée en techniques viscérales, en kinésithérapie de la femme, ainsi qu'en drainage lymphatique. Avec douceur, écoute et bienveillance, j’adapte votre traitement de manière individualisée selon vos besoins et objectifs.
