David Léonard is a physiotherapist, specialized in sports physiotherapy. He receives you at his private practice (Sombreffe) and travels to your home. He attaches great importance to training (sports physiotherapy, Trigger Points, and currently in muscle chains and orthopedic manual therapy) and has accumulated experience in the follow-up of sportsmen and women, whether in the office or in clubs (soccer, rugby). Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en 2022, je suis passionnée par le fonctionnement du corps humain et animée par l’envie d’accompagner mes patients dans leur rétablissement et leur bien-être.

Mon parcours sportif m’a permis de développer une approche dynamique et personnalisée de la kinésithérapie, que j’applique dans différents domaines tels que l’orthopédie, la traumatologie, la gériatrie, et bien d’autres.

Mon objectif est de guider mes patients tout au long de leur remise en forme en leur fournissant les informations nécessaires pour optimiser leur récupération, tout en les aidant à retrouver leur pleine mobilité.

Passionnée par le bien-être et la rééducation, je suis également sportive, adepte de Pilates, et cavalière passionnée. Je pratique la kinésithérapie traditionnelle pour tout traitement des traumatismes orthopédiques que ce soit en prévention, en curatif ou en rééducation/revalidation. Je suis aussi spécialiste en thérapie manuelle ostéopathique qui me permet de traiter les blocages biomécaniques (lumbago, torticolis et autres dysfonctions articulaires). Enfin, je forme les travailleurs à mieux gérer leur corps au travail grâce à l'ergonomie et plus précisément à l'ergomotricité pour les travailleurs physiques. J'ai acquis actuellement une expérience de plus de 4000 heures de cours.

Hortense Kerebel, physiotherapist welcomes you to her office in Merode located in Etterbeek as well as to the City Clinic Louise in Ixelles. Hortense practices general physiotherapy (orthopedic, traumatological and rheumatological pathologies as well as neurological revalidation, treatment of cardio-respiratory disorders as well as musculoskeletal conditions, etc.). Trained in myo-aponeurotic hooking, Hortense is dynamic and keen to offer each person an individualized and holistic treatment.

Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments.
