Je suis kinésithérapeute avec un intérêt particulier pour les douleurs de l’épaule. Ma pratique repose sur une approche centrée sur la personne : chaque douleur est unique et mérite une analyse adaptée.

Je prends le temps de comprendre votre situation, votre contexte et ce qui influence réellement vos symptômes. Mon objectif n’est pas seulement de soulager, mais de vous aider à retrouver confiance dans vos mouvements.

Pas de protocole standardisé, mais un accompagnement progressif, personnalisé et réfléchi, basé sur le mouvement et l’adaptation.

Trained in perineal and perinatal rehabilitation, I see you in my office for all pathologies linked to these spheres: urinary (incontinence, overactive bladder, etc.), anorectal (constipation, incontinence, etc.) and sexual (pain , vaginismus, etc.). I also support the woman in her maternity ward through preparation for childbirth and relief of pregnancy-related pain, and subsequently during active postnatal rehabilitation of the perineum and abdominal muscles. Kinésithérapeute spécialisée en kiné du sport, vertiges et troubles de l’équilibre, je prends également en charge la kiné respiratoire et les troubles du rachis cervical. Mon approche est globale, active et personnalisée, pour vous aider à retrouver confort, mobilité et stabilité.

Que ce soit pour soulager une douleur, accompagner une rééducation ou améliorer vos performances sportives, je mets un point d’honneur à vous offrir un suivi personnalisé et adapté à vos besoins.

Je me déplace également à domicile trois matinées par semaine, afin de garantir un suivi adapté même pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas se déplacer. Les rendez-vous à domicile sont uniquement pris par téléphone.
