Hello, my name is Hanna. I am a physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from UCLouvain and I later completed a specialization in sports physiotherapy. After two years of professional experience in Martinique, I support everyone, athletes and non-athletes alike, in relieving pain, returning to physical activity and performance, or simply improving everyday well-being.

I offer sessions in French, German, and English so that you feel understood and comfortable from the very first appointment. My approach is human, attentive, and dynamic. Together we work to restore mobility, confidence in your body, and the joy of movement, at your pace and according to your needs.

With a master's degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation in 2012 at UCLouvain, I also trained in sports physical therapy, manual therapy and ortho-kinesis. I can help you to get rid of a crookedness problem or to perform electrotherapy, tecartherapy or lymphatic drainage. I also provide shockwave and ultrasound treatments. I work at the Sentier de la Chapelle 3 center located in Frasnes-Lez-Gosselies and at the HK Health Center located in Braine-L'Alleud. I like punctuality and for this reason, I ask you to come to the visits on time to allow me to receive each patient on time. Je suis kinésithérapeute, diplômé de la HELB Ilya Prigogine. Je vous accueille au centre GROW&CARE pour des prises en charge en kinésithérapie, quel que soit votre âge : adultes, adolescents, enfants.

Je travaille en collaboration avec les autres professionnel·le·s de santé dans une démarche pluridisciplinaire, afin d’assurer une prise en charge globale et cohérente de votre problématique de santé.

Étant moi-même artiste de cirque, je porte un intérêt particulier aux besoins spécifiques des acrobates, danseur·se·s et artistes du mouvement.

Je propose un accompagnement en kinésithérapie sportive : adaptation de l’entraînement, prise en charge des blessures, prévention, travail postural et fonctionnel.

Kinésithérapeute passionnée. Que ce soit à domicile ou en cabinet, je place toujours le patient au cœur de mes soins. Au centre, j'accompagne adultes et enfants, sportifs de tous niveaux, quelles que soient leurs pathologies, afin de les aider à progresser et à atteindre leurs objectifs, qu’ils soient petits ou ambitieux.

Diplômé de l'université d'Eindhoven aux Pays-Bas, mon approche de la kinésithérapie repose sur l'écoute, le respect des besoins individuels et l’accompagnement vers des objectifs personnalisés. Je propose des soins adaptés, basés sur des techniques modernes et une compréhension globale du corps. Mon objectif est d’aider chaque patient à retrouver confort, mobilité et confiance dans ses capacités, à son rythme.

Graduated in physiotherapy from the Haute École Leonard De Vinci in 2017, I have acquired extensive experience in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. In addition to my initial training, I followed sports physiotherapy courses in Paris, obtained a university certificate in orthopedic manual therapy at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL), and followed training in physical assessment and preparation for University of Poitiers. I believe in a personalized approach for each patient. Whether you are an athlete looking to improve your performance, someone looking to return to sport after an injury, or wanting to improve your fitness, I am committed to understanding your unique needs.

Being a graduate in general physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB, I take care of people suffering from orthopedic, neurological, geriatric and cardio-respiratory disorders. I use mobilizations, stretching, massage (trigger points), hooking and physical exercise in my treatments. Indeed, I believe in the benefits of physical activity in healing and wish to combine the art of healing with the art of movement. I also continue to follow various trainings in order to offer you the best possible care.
