Le Dr était très stressé, parlait très vite elle voulais vite terminé la consultation car nous avions rdv à 16h nous a prit a 16h20 , normalement il y avait encore une personne devant nous, du faites qu'à l'entrée indiquant le secrétariat qui n'avait pas, pas indications ou se trouvait le cabinet du Dr. La personne attendait au rez-de-chaussée salle attente. Nous non plus on savait pas que c'était au 1er éétage sais par hasard que nous sommes monté. Si elle aurait vu en plus l'autre personne avant nous je ne sais pas à quel heure on aurait été reçu.

1 ère et dernière consultation. Pas du tout à l’écoute, parle tellement vite que j’en vais mal de tête. Il m’a fallu 1h pour me remettre de cette consultation qui m’a tendu. Endroit moche et glauque ! 30 minutes de retard alors que je viens déjà un dimanche ! Je ne conseille pas du tout

Je me suis sentie écoutée et comprise dans ma douleur. Le Docteur propose du concret pour agir sur le fond. J’ai bon espoir de voir une amélioration de mon état. Petit retard, cela peut arriver. J’ai apprécié être informée du temps d'attente.

Le Dr de Ruyck est très à l’écoute , très empathique, et très professionnelle. Je ne sais pas si elle lira cet avis mais merci de ne pas être un vieux médecin aigri et validiste… Cette consultation m’a fait beaucoup de bien !
