Psychologue clinicienne, j’accompagne les personnes qui souhaitent mieux comprendre ce qu’elles vivent et retrouver une manière plus sereine d’avancer dans leur quotidien. Je travaille dans la lignée des approches cognitivo-comportementales (TCC), en explorant avec chacun les liens entre émotions, pensées et comportements, et en cherchant progressivement des pistes de changement adaptées à leur réalité.

Je propose un lieu où l’on peut déposer ce qui est vécu, prendre du recul et trouver, pas à pas, ses propres points d’appui. J’accompagne les personnes avec sensibilité, en reconnaissant les forces et les ressources qui les habitent déjà, et en veillant à offrir un accueil authentique, bienveillant et respectueux du rythme de chacun.

Ma formation initiale en neuropsychologie peut également apporter un éclairage complémentaire lorsque cela est utile. En revanche, je ne réalise plus de bilans neuropsychologiques ; pour ce type d’évaluation, il est préférable de s’adresser à un(e) collègue spécialisé(e).
