Psychologue clinicienne, je propose principalement des suivis psychothérapeutiques inspirés des thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (TCC). Cette approche, validée scientifiquement, aide à mieux comprendre ses émotions et ses comportements pour retrouver un équilibre durable.

J’accompagne toute personne qui souhaite avancer face à des difficultés diverses, qu’elles soient ponctuelles ou plus installées. Cela peut concerner, par exemple, l’anxiété et les peurs envahissantes, les épisodes de tristesse ou de perte de motivation, les blessures liées à des événements traumatisants, les difficultés d’estime de soi ou encore les enjeux relationnels.

J’accorde une importance centrale à la qualité de la relation thérapeutique : créer un espace chaleureux, respectueux et sécurisant, dans lequel chacun peut se sentir accueilli dans sa singularité. Mon approche se veut profondément humaniste, fondée sur l’écoute bienveillante et le respect du rythme de chacun.

Ma formation initiale en neuropsychologie constitue un appui supplémentaire dans la compréhension de certaines problématiques cognitives. En revanche, je ne réalise plus de bilans neuropsychologiques ; pour ce type d’évaluation, il est préférable de s’adresser à un(e) collègue spécialisé(e).
