    • Bonjour ! Pour prévenir l'arthrose, la meilleure solution consiste à prévenir tous les facteurs de risques, les principaux étant : le surpoids, les traumatismes articulaires, les microtraumatismes répétés, les troubles de la statique en général.
      Pour ce faire, il est conseillé de pratiquer une activité physique régulière, et d'adopter une alimentation saine et variée. Pour les troubles de la statique, une prise en charge ostéopathique et/ou kiné est parfois indiquée.

  • Douleurs Costales

    J'ai une douleur costale depuis 6 semaines suite à un coup de genou lors d'une séance sparring de kickboxing. Je suis allé aux urgences, ils m'ont fait une radio du thorax pour identifier des dégâts aux poumons. Pas de pneumothorax, mais 6 semaines plus tard j'ai toujours du mal à respirer et il me semble que la côte en question est enfoncée et limite une pleine inspiration. Est-ce possible de remettre la côte en place?

    • Bonsoir, il existe des techniques en ostéopathie qui pourraient vous soulager au niveau costal, mais aussi pour réharmoniser la mécanique respiratoire afin de limiter votre gêne lors de l'inspiration.

    J'ai mal aux niveaux des cervicales et du haut du dos, je pense que cela est dû à une douleur des trapèzes mais que faire car malgré une combinaison ostéo/kiné la douleur revient fréquemment? Que faire?

    • Bonjour, sans vous avoir rencontré il est toujours difficile de donner une réponse précise, mais la combinaison ostéo/kiné reste le meilleur traitement. Cependant en effet parfois il se peut que la douleur persiste. Dans ce cas il faut prendre le problème dans son ensemble, et sans doute essayer d'analyser et de modifier "l'environnement" dans lequel vous évoluez.
      Sans doute y a t il des postures que vous maintenez qui ne conviennent pas (assis derrière un écran par exemple), peut-être un léger manque d'activité physique, ou au contraire une activité p      ... Read more
