Ostéopathe et kinésithérapeute depuis 8 ans, je privilégie une approche globale et personnalisée de chaque patient. À l’écoute et empathique, je prends le temps de comprendre chaque personne en tenant compte des aspects mécaniques, viscéraux et neurologiques. Formée en ostéopathie pédiatrique et poursuivant actuellement d’autres formations, mon objectif est de vous accompagner au mieux vers un mieux-être durable.

Olivier Lemaire is a physiotherapist-osteopath with 11 years of experience. He is a specialist in sports, shoulder, orthopedics and traumatology following degrees in physiotherapy, manual therapy and osteopathy at IFSO Vichy, ETMA and the universities Paul Henri Spaack .

Avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience en massothérapie, j’ai choisi de me former en ostéopathie à l'université libre de Bruxelles pour enrichir ma pratique et vous proposer une prise en charge encore plus complète. Cette formation m’a permis d’acquérir des outils scientifiques solides, tout en conservant l’approche intuitive et personnalisée qui a toujours guidé mon travail.

Une raison qui m’a poussé à suivre des études universitaires est mon intérêt particulier aux cas complexes et aux douleurs chroniques, qui demandent une analyse approfondie et une approche sur mesure. Pour moi, chaque séance est une collaboration : je vous propose mon expertise et expérience et c’est ensemble que nous mettrons en place un traitement et des solutions les plus adaptées à votre quotidien et à vos objectifs. Mon rôle est de vous accompagner dans la compréhension et le soulagement de vos douleurs, en prenant le temps d’écouter votre histoire, vos habitudes de vie et vos besoins ainsi qu’à travers un bilan clinique rigoureux.

Dans certain cas il est important de développer une prise en charge interdisciplinaire. Si nécessaire, et avec votre accord, je communiquerai avec votre médecin, kinésithérapeute ou autre professionnel de santé.

Comment se déroule une séance ?

1) Un temps d’échange, d'anamnèse, pour explorer ensemble votre douleur, votre quotidien et vos antécédents.

2) Des tests cliniques pour identifier les zones de tension, d’inflammation ou de lésions.

3) Une thérapie adaptée, suivie de conseils et d’exercices pour prolonger les bénéfices à la maison.

Je m’appelle Laurine Bays et je suis diplômée en ostéopathie de l’université libre de Bruxelles. Grâce à cette formation de 6 ans, j’ai acquis les connaissances et la pratique nécessaires à la prise en charge sécurisée de mes patients. Je suis persuadée qu’une prise en charge pluridisciplinaire est un plus pour les patients. C’est la raison pour laquelle je collabore volontiers avec d’autres professionnels de la santé (médecins généralistes, gynécologues, pédiatres, sages-femmes, kinésithérapeutes, psychologues,…) Je prends en charge les adolescents, les adultes, les sportifs, les seniors. Je suis également formée pour la prise en charge des femmes enceintes, des femmes en post-partum, des nourrissons et des enfants. Je serai plus que ravie de pouvoir vous aider. I graduated in physical therapy and rehabilitation at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2016), I am also specialized in manual therapy and I am currently studying osteopathy at the BELSO. I am still interested in many training projects such as acupuncture among others. I also attend many seminars throughout the year and keep myself regularly informed of new discoveries in the fields of physical therapy and osteopathy. Since 2016, I have been practicing at the Molière-Longchamp hospital in the orthopedic/rheumatology outpatient department as well as in the orthopedic-neurological outpatient revalidation department. I am also in charge of the "Back School" program which started in 2021 in the same hospital. I am a registered therapist and therefore apply the current INAMI rates. Passionate about the human body for as long as I can remember, I studied physiotherapy at the ULB before completing my training with 5 years of osteopathy at the CBO. As a sportsman since childhood (tennis, French boxing, running, crossfit), I like to use the knowledge acquired in these disciplines to enrich my professional practice. For me, continuing education is essential, which is why I participate in many seminars in the field of pediatrics, muscular chain, visceral, cranio-sacral and so on. Hello, I am a DO osteopath graduated in 2022 from the Free University of Brussels and osteopath of the federal Taekwondo team. I started studying the human body and care 13 years ago. I took my first steps in the field of health in midwifery (midwifery) for 3 years. It was a great experience, where I was able to support pregnancies, but also deliver newborns and follow their progress. 7 years ago, I reoriented myself to be able to investigate care through my hands. As an osteopath, I treat musculoskeletal and peripheral neurological disorders of mechanical origin. These mechanical problems have a cause! To find it, an initial discussion will allow me to know more about your pain (How did it appear? What are the characteristics of your pain?). We will take the time to explore your health and medical history. Following this, we will proceed to the physical, clinical and neurological examination supplemented by orthopedic tests in order to best identify the cause of the pain in an algo-mechanical logic. The succession of these stages will allow us to move on to osteopathic treatment and/or medical reorientation towards other specialties. If manipulation proves necessary, it will be carried out with your consent, in a safe manner and in a pain-free manner according to Dr. Robert Maigne.
