I am an osteopath graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, where I completed a six-year program based on Evidence-Based Medicine, leading to a Master’s degree in osteopathy.

My Approach

My practice is based on a holistic and respectful approach to each individual. I pay close attention to your needs and sensations to develop a personalized treatment that helps you regain mobility, comfort, and overall well-being in your daily life.

How does a session work?

1️⃣ We begin with a detailed discussion about your pain, symptoms, and medical history to identify the root cause of the problem.

2️⃣ I then perform precise clinical tests to assess dysfunctions and determine the most appropriate course of treatment.

3️⃣ The treatment consists of manual techniques, adapted to your symptoms and needs, ranging from gentle mobilizations to manipulations (the well-known "crack" technique, which is an option but never mandatory if you feel apprehensive about it).

4️⃣ Finally, I take the time to explain the results, answer your questions, and provide personalized advice to extend the benefits of the treatment.
