Charline van Wessem is a licensed physical therapist who graduated from ISEK in 2018. She is specialized in Sports Physiotherapy and Adult Neurology. She also offers care in general physiotherapy, pre/post natal, orthopedic senology, rheumatology, geriatrics,... . She currently works in private practice in Woluwé-Saint-Lambert and at the CHU Brugmann (Maternity, multidisciplinary ambulatory consultations in Neurology). I have a master's degree in physical therapy from the HEPH in Condorcet and have followed a training in respiratory physiotherapy. I practice general, orthopedic, traumatological and respiratory physiotherapy. I can welcome you at my office located in Bierges at the provincial street 215 or in Chaumont-Gistoux at the Chaussée de Huy 252 or come to your home. A registered physiotherapist with a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation at ULB, I practice general physiotherapy and manual therapy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree from KU Leuven, where I specialize in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Manual Therapy for Spinal Disorders and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation. I am currently a candidate for the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Additionally, I am a research assistant at Pain in Motion and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where I contribute to chronic pain research. I focus on the biopsychosocial factors and personalize my therapeutic plan depending on the needs of the patient.

Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect.
