With a master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation sciences in musculoskeletal disorders - sports physiotherapy option from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), I am at your disposal at the practice for various types of care and rehabilitation:

Black belt in judo, 3rd Dan. More than 10 years of high-level practice in this sport. I've discovered in sports physiotherapy a passion other than judo, and I'm fully committed to it.

Diplômé d'un Master en Kinésithérapeute au sein de la Faculté des Sciences de la Motricité à l'ULB, je me spécialise dans la prise en charge des pathologies musculo-squelettiques, avec une expertise particulière en orthopédie, traumatologie et kinésithérapie sportive.

Depuis deux ans, j’assure le suivi de joueurs et joueuses au club de rugby à XV du Boitsfort Rugby Club. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer une approche centrée sur la prévention des blessures et sur la performance athlétique. 

Mes traitements reposent sur le mouvement et la compréhension des symptômes afin de vous rendre acteur de votre rééducation. Ensemble, nous travaillerons pour vous permettre d’acquérir les outils nécessaires à votre autonomie et à un rétablissement durable. Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Thanks to my experience as a dancer combined with my clinical practice, I will make every effort to offer treatments adapted to each patient according to their needs and desires, based on the best scientific evidence available. This treatment is part of the prevention, evaluation and treatment of temporomandibular disorders that can be associated with migraines, headaches, tinnitus, neck pain, etc. as well as sleep disorders such as snoring and apnea through exercises to rebalance the muscles of the mouth, face and neck. She welcomes you with pleasure in the KINEFIX center on Mondays and Thursdays from 8am to 6pm.

Diplomée d'un master en kinésithérapie en 2020 à la Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci - Parnasse, j'ai acquis de l'expérience dans différents cabinets et hôpitaux. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.

Je serais ravie de vous recevoir dans l'un de mes cabinets. Je reçois également à domicile pour les patients qui ne peuvent pas se déplacer.
