Je suis spécialisée en thérapie manuelle, avec une expertise particulière dans la prise en charge des troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire (ATM), ainsi que dans le traitement des vertiges et des céphalées. Mon approche est globale, personnalisée et centrée sur la compréhension de la cause des symptômes afin d’obtenir des résultats durables.

Je consulte dans un cabinet privé à Anderlecht et j’accompagne chaque patient avec écoute, bienveillance et rigueur professionnelle.

Je suis aussi spécialiste en thérapie manuelle ostéopathique qui me permet de traiter les blocages biomécaniques (lumbago, torticolis et autres dysfonctions articulaires). Enfin, je forme les travailleurs à mieux gérer leur corps au travail grâce à l'ergonomie et plus précisément à l'ergomotricité pour les travailleurs physiques. J'ai acquis actuellement une expérience de plus de 4000 heures de cours.

I am a New Zealand-trained physiotherapist with over 12 years of clinical experience, working with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

I have a particular interest in sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation, with extensive experience working with elite athletes. I have worked with New Zealand elite athletes in cycling, rowing and athletics, including at multiple international sporting events.

I combine manual therapy with active rehabilitation and strength training, adapting the approach to your injury, needs and level of experience. .

I provide consultations in English and French.

Black belt in judo, 3rd Dan. More than 10 years of high-level practice in this sport. I've discovered in sports physiotherapy a passion other than judo, and I'm fully committed to it.

I'm passionate, curious and eager to learn. I'll be keeping up to date with the latest developments in my profession to stay at the top of my game. 

With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, my recent training and my various professional experiences allow me to approach the most recent care techniques with maturity and professionalism in order to ensure an optimal functional and sports recovery in the respect, safety and well-being of the patient. The treatments cover orthopedic rehabilitation as well as respiratory physiotherapy (adult and child), geriatric or sports physiotherapy, with a particular emphasis on explaining the pathologies, treatment and prevention. I am currently training in manual therapies and I combine all my skills to help you regain or maintain your physical abilities.
