Physiotherapists

As a physiotherapist, I bring my expertise in the prevention or in the therapeutic follow-up of pathologies that can affect the different systems of the body (musculo-tendinous, cardiovascular, pulmonary, nervous,...) by revalidation and (re)education. I am also an athletics coach since 2015 and therefore know well the pathologies of runners and their functionings.

Graduated with a master in physiotherapy from the Leonardo da Vinci / Parnasse-Isei high school, the physiotherapist Melanie Van Wassenhove practices at the Take'in Care paramedical center (brusselsesteenweg 159, 3080 Tervuren) and also does home visits on request of her patients. Her qualities and skills allow her to take care of sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, back pain, joint pain, neurological and respiratory pathologies in children. Graduated in 2019 from a master in physical therapy at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles, I immediately trained in sports physical therapy as well as in manual therapy (Kinesport, Kinesitherapy of the Sport Expert). I am also a physiotherapist for the soccer club Royal Racing Club Etterbeek. This has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and expertise on sports pathologies, in order to offer you an optimal treatment that will meet your different objectives. Specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and overload pathologies, post-traumatic/orthopedic surgery of the lower limb (ACL, meniscal pathology...), I also have an affinity for the treatment of cervical and dorsolumbar pathologies.

I graduated in 2011 with a Master's degree in rehabilitation sciences and physiotherapy from the University of Ghent. Afterwards, I followed another year of postgraduate sports management at the VUB, which is indicative of my great passion for sports. In 2012 I started working full-time as an independent physiotherapist and I still do that in the same practice and together with Nele.

Kinésithérapeute passionnée, j’oriente ma pratique vers une prise en charge personnalisée, fonctionnelle et centrée sur vos objectifs.

Je suis spécialisée en orthopédie-traumatologie, avec un intérêt particulier pour l’épaule. Mes formations dédiées au diagnostic différentiel et aux traitements de l’épaule me permettent d’optimiser la récupération, la mobilité et l’autonomie.

Formée au concept Mulligan, j’utilise des mobilisations douces couplées au mouvement actif, visant un soulagement rapide et une amélioration efficace de la mobilité articulaire.

Je poursuis actuellement une formation interuniversitaire en kinésithérapie du sport (UCL – ULg) afin d’affiner ma prise en charge des sportifs, qu’ils soient amateurs ou professionnels.

Je suis également formée à la gestion de la douleur, ce qui me permet de mieux comprendre sensations face à la maladie.

Victor Durand is a physiotherapist who graduated in 2015. He is specialized in physiotherapy as well as general orthopaedics and respiratory physiotherapy. The physiotherapist can welcome you in French and English at his office located in Evere.

Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. She welcomes you in her private practice in Uccle for your physiotherapy sessions.

À propos de moi

Je suis diplômée en kinésithérapie depuis 2023 à la Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci. Actuellement, je travaille aux Cliniques Universitaires de Saint-Luc, dans le service de cardiologie, chirurgie cardio-thoracique et de réadaptation cardiaque mais également en cabinet sur Waterloo. J'ai également suivi une formation en maxillo-facial.

Passionnée par le bien-être et la santé de mes patients, mon approche est centrée sur l’écoute et l’empathie. Je prends le temps de comprendre les besoins spécifiques de chaque patient afin de proposer des soins personnalisés, adaptés à chaque situation. Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver votre mobilité, à soulager vos douleurs et à améliorer votre qualité de vie au quotidien.
