I am a Jungian-trained psychotherapist offering individual psychotherapy for adults in Brussels and online.


My approach is grounded in analytical psychology and depth-oriented work. I accompany people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, professional changes, questions of identity, and emotional or inner conflict.


Therapy offers a confidential and reflective space to explore recurring patterns, emotional difficulties, and important life decisions. In addition to conversation, I may work with dreams and symbolic material where relevant, but no prior knowledge of Jungian psychology is required.


Having lived and worked in Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, and Belgium, I have particular sensitivity to issues related to migration, cultural transition, professional change, and questions of belonging. I work with both Belgian and international clients.


Sessions are available face-to-face in Uccle (Brussels) and online.
