Diane Le Bars is a humanistic therapist. She offers a warm, personalized and above all human therapy with your well-being as her main mission. She is also specialized in energetic psychology and treats all types of problems. She offers face-to-face and online consultations.

Therapy is only available in French I have been an analytically oriented psychotherapist for several years in Brussels, more precisely in Laeken. I did a 3 year training in a recognized and official organization in Belgium. I am still training today. I have done a long personal analytical work of several years. With my patients, I work in depth on the link between the crisis of the moment (what brings the patient to consult, what we call the symptom) and his history in order to be able to interrupt this cycle of repetition. At the beginning of the therapeutic follow-up, there are first preliminary interviews in order to analyze your request, to get to know you and to consider if a collaboration is possible between you and me. These interviews vary between 2 and 3 sessions, they are a first contact. They are important in the sense that they allow you to know if you feel heard. It will also be an opportunity for you and me to reflect on the therapeutic work that we will do together. I am particularly keen that the patient is an actor and active in his or her work, which I believe is a source of real progress. I listen to your symptoms while trying to understand their meaning in the moment. It goes without saying that the confidentiality of the interviews is of the utmost importance. I welcome all types of patients in psychological suffering.

Je suis formée en psychologie clinique pour des accompagnements en groupe ou individuel et diplômée de l’institut MARIE-HAPS. Mon cursus s’est poursuivi à Louvain-La-Neuve afin d’obtenir un Master en sciences de la Famille et de la Sexualité. Travailler avec efficacité nécessite de se perfectionner en permanence en participant à de nombreux séminaires et en se plongeant dans des lectures. Ma mission en thérapie est de garantir un accompagnement et un soutien aux patients et aux familles, un suivi consciencieux et sérieux sans jugement, mais aussi de sensibiliser le patient à la réflexion pour qu’il puisse prendre conscience de ses actes et de son mode de vie afin d’arriver aux objectifs souhaités.

Ma tâche première est d’évaluer et mobiliser, avec votre aide, vos ressources, vos compétences et vos capacités de résilience face à ce que vous traversez. Tel est la croyance qui m’anime. Fort de mon expérience et de mes formations, je vous offre un espace, bienveillant et sécurisé, à une approche qui ouvre à un choix important de stratégies thérapeutiques et d’outils pratiques destinés à favoriser votre créativité.

Praktijk VeerKracht is een therapiepraktijk voor kinderen, jongeren, volwassenen en gezinnen. Je kan er terecht voor therapeutische begeleiding bij: - Rouw - Brede verlieservaringen (overlijden, scheiding, verhuis, burnout, pleegzorg, adoptie, pesterijen, zelfvertrouwen, ...) - Emotionele pijn - Trauma - Persoonlijke groeiprocessen - Gezins- en opvoedingsondersteuning Er worden ook groeikampjes en workshops aangeboden. Ik bied jullie graag een plek aan waar je gewoon mag ZIJN, met alles wat er is. Waarbij er ruimte is voor jouw verhaal, om op Adem te komen, om even tot Rust te komen, om in Beweging te komen, om te Ontdekken, om te Omarmen, ... Vanuit zachte, pure hartsverbinding loop ik graag even met je mee.
