Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Nassim is a physical therapist graduating in June 2021. Although he has a master's degree in low back pain, he is able to manage musculoskeletal disorders in a general way, while adapting to the patient and offering specific follow-up. As a young graduate, Nassim has been educated with the latest recommendations in kinesiology and management. He will be able to advise you and answer your questions in the most relevant way. Following a training in sports kinesiology at the UCL, he aspires to train as much as possible in order to remain as close as possible to scientific rigor. He covers the fields of general physiotherapy (orthopedic, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal disorders, revalidation, rehabilitation...), sports physiotherapy (rehabilitation according to the practice, reathletization, ...), pre/post-operation physiotherapy (reinforcement, rehabilitation...) and finally cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.

Passionné par mon métier et exerçant depuis bientôt 8 ans, je me suis spécialisé en kiné du sport. Je vous accompagne dans votre rééducation, dans la prévention de vos blessures, et dans l’optimisation de vos performances afin de vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs.

Je m’intéresse plus particulièrement aux pathologies spécifiques en course à pied, au trail mais également aux sports collectifs comme le basket-ball et le football. Vous pouvez me retrouver sur le terrain où j’encadre l’équipe de football du Sporting Brussels.

Suivant depuis 4 ans une formation complémentaire en ostéopathie, j’aime approcher le patient dans sa globalité afin de fournir une prise en charge ciblée et individuelle, le tout dans la bonne humeur.

I graduated in Kinesitherapy and Rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2021. In addition to general and ortho-traumatic kinesitherapy, I also practice manual therapy and posturology. I am also following a specialized training in sports physiotherapy since August in order to improve my skills in this field. I have been practicing sports since I was very young, and as a former karate teacher in an international school and black belt (2nd dan) I am passionate about sports and its effects. My ability to listen and my human skills have been recognized by my teachers, I make it a point of honor to make your health my priority. Sessions can be conducted in several languages, including Italian, English, French and Spanish.

Passionate about sports, I hold a Master's degree in Kinesitherapy and am able to take care of all your musculoskeletal disorders (tendinopathies, fractures, muscle injuries, sprains, ...), neurological, respiratory or other, as well as to accompany you during a post-operative rehabilitation. I am also trained in lymphatic and manual drainage, and am currently training in sports physiotherapy. My consultations take place on Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings and Friday mornings at the City Clinic, Avenue Louise, and I will be happy to welcome you.

Graduated in physiotherapy from ULB in 2021. I practice general physiotherapy including orthopedic (muscle, joint) and trauma (accident and operation) physiotherapy. My physiotherapy sessions are motivated by the desire to allow my patients to regain their autonomy and optimal physical capacity.

Charline van Wessem is a licensed physical therapist who graduated from ISEK in 2018. She is specialized in Sports Physiotherapy and Adult Neurology. She also offers care in general physiotherapy, pre/post natal, orthopedic senology, rheumatology, geriatrics,... . She currently works in private practice in Woluwé-Saint-Lambert and at the CHU Brugmann (Maternity, multidisciplinary ambulatory consultations in Neurology). Sessions can be held in French or in English.

I am an independent physiotherapist with a passion for sports and exercise. My goal is to address any type of pathology in an active and qualitative way in order to achieve physical and mental well-being. I am specialised in orthopaedic manual therapy, hand and wrist pathologies, TMJ (jaw) pathologies and headaches as well as in the treatment of runners and musicians. I continue to follow regular professional development seminars in order to improve the efficiency of your treatment. As a sportswoman and musician since I was very young, I quickly understood the importance of a good physical condition. I am passionate about the functions and capacities of the human body, and it is with both enthusiasm and benevolence that I accompany you on your treatment journey. Graduated from a Master in Physiotherapy in 2016, I work mainly in Manual Therapy (Australian Manual Therapy certificate) including a visceral approach and the temporo mandibular joint. I also work at the muscular level in Trigger Point, Dry Needling or with suction cups. The objective is to have a global approach to allow the most individualized treatment to meet the needs of each patient.
