For osteopathy appointments, please go to my website Anita Carraro holds a Master's degree in Osteopathy obtained at the Faculty of Motor Sciences of the ULB. The 6-year university course allowed her to study several subjects: at the theoretical level, throughout the course, the emphasis is placed on the deepening of human anatomy and physiology. The general semiology courses, in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, have been thickened in the sports, traumatological and neurological fields. The practical training is focused on diseases affecting the musculoskeletal system, including the spine. The dissertations written for graduation in 2018 focus on the study of biomechanical parameters of the lumbar spine. Also graduating from ULB in July2020 with a degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Anita's dual education has provided her with an introduction to physical therapy in several areas. The clinical practice linked to this curriculum was mainly built in state of the art hospital structures, in Belgium and abroad. Her passion for the follow-up of athletes allowed her to integrate the staff of a female rugby team in Belgian D1 (since 2018), as well as taking care of a male soccer team in D3 (since 2019). The versatility of the two trainings allows her to receive patients with acute complaints (torticollis, lumbago,...), but also for longer term follow-up (ankle sprains, post-operative revalidation,...). Anita is bilingual in Italian and speaks fluent English: she will be happy to welcome you to her consultation
