I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).

Ma tâche première est d’évaluer et mobiliser, avec votre aide, vos ressources, vos compétences et vos capacités de résilience face à ce que vous traversez. Tel est la croyance qui m’anime. Fort de mon expérience et de mes formations, je vous offre un espace, bienveillant et sécurisé, à une approche qui ouvre à un choix important de stratégies thérapeutiques et d’outils pratiques destinés à favoriser votre créativité.

Psychologue, formée à l’approche systémique pour enfants, adolescents, adultes, couples et familles, j’offre un espace d’écoute et de soutien, visant à aider chacun à mieux comprendre ses expériences, développer ses ressources personnelles et avancer à son rythme.

Mon accompagnement se centre sur la gestion des émotions et du stress, difficultés relationnelles (parents- enfants, couple, familles), mal-être, souffrance émotionnelle, difficultés liées à l'humeur, le burnout, le traumatisme, la confiance en soi, l'affirmation de soi. 

Je consulte en français, en anglais et en arabe.

Systemic psychotherapist and coach, specialized and familiar with working on different themes: family conflicts, couple crises, difficult parent-adolescent relationships, communication and management of emotions, decision-making and major changes, transitions of life, burnout. In my consultations I offer psychotherapeutic support or Coaching follow-up (personal or professional) to help you achieve your goals.

Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. Je suis formée en psychologie clinique pour des accompagnements en groupe ou individuel et diplômée de l’institut MARIE-HAPS. Mon cursus s’est poursuivi à Louvain-La-Neuve afin d’obtenir un Master en sciences de la Famille et de la Sexualité. Travailler avec efficacité nécessite de se perfectionner en permanence en participant à de nombreux séminaires et en se plongeant dans des lectures. Ma mission en thérapie est de garantir un accompagnement et un soutien aux patients et aux familles, un suivi consciencieux et sérieux sans jugement, mais aussi de sensibiliser le patient à la réflexion pour qu’il puisse prendre conscience de ses actes et de son mode de vie afin d’arriver aux objectifs souhaités.

Psychologue clinicien de formation, je propose principalement des thérapies analytiques, des thérapies de type cognitivo-comportemental et systémiques.  Je suis également formé à la prise en charge individuelle et collective des traumatismes psychiques qui peuvent intervenir après un événement à fort retentissement émotionnel. 

Mon expérience de plus de 20 ans m’a amené à travailler autour de nombreuses problématiques : troubles anxieux, dépendances, difficultés conjugales, troubles relationnels, deuils, toutes formes de situation de victimisation (agressions sexuelles, violences conjugales,  traumas…), burn-out, difficultés dans la sphère professionnelle, gestion du stress.

Je suis fortement sensibilisé aux questions concernant l’identité et/ou l’identité sexuelle. 

Je propose des accompagnements qui s’adressent à des adultes, des adolescents et des couples.
