La santé de la femme et la périnatalité me tenant à coeur, je me suis spécialisée en pelvi-périnéologie féminine. J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Je travaille également avec la méthode Pilates pour vous accompagner dans un renforcement de la sangle abdominale profonde.

Trained in perineal and perinatal rehabilitation, I see you in my office for all pathologies linked to these spheres: urinary (incontinence, overactive bladder, etc.), anorectal (constipation, incontinence, etc.) and sexual (pain , vaginismus, etc.). I also support the woman in her maternity ward through preparation for childbirth and relief of pregnancy-related pain, and subsequently during active postnatal rehabilitation of the perineum and abdominal muscles. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK in 2021, practitioner Julian GILLES treats all types of pathology. Specializing in trauma and orthopedics, as well as lymphatic drainage. He will be able to adapt to your pathology and your expectations in order to offer the most personalized treatment possible.

Diplômée de l'HELB en Kinésithérapie, je vous propose un accompagnement au centre Corpore Sano dans la rééducation de vos différentes pathologies avec une préférence pour les problèmes uro-gynécologiques ainsi que la périnatalité. Mon parcours scolaire m'a permis d'enrichir mes connaissances dans plusieurs domaines tels que la pédiatrie, la gériatrie ou encore les soins intensifs. Ma curiosité et mon envie d'approfondir mes connaissances m'ont amenée à me lancer dans un deuxième master dédié à la rééducation abdomino-pelvienne et la périnatalité. Je reste cependant disponible pour vous accompagner pour tout traitement utile à votre rééducation avec comme objectif une contribution au bien-être de mes patients ainsi qu'au maintien de leur autonomie mais également pour une meilleure qualité de vie.

In addition to general physiotherapy, I am training in osteopathy at the IAO. Note that it is mandatory to have a medical prescription for physiotherapy before the first appointment. Titulaire d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'HE2B, à Bruxelles, en 2024, j'ai officiellement commencé à travailler en février 2025.

Je suis une formation supplémentaire en Thérapie Manuelle, à l'ETMA, me permettant d'acquérir une connaissance plus poussée de mon métier.

Je détiens aussi un certificat en Drainage Lymphatique Manuel, suivant la méthode Leduc, vous offrant donc mes services.

Lors de mes études et après, j'ai eu différentes occasions de travailler à l'étranger ce qui m'a permis de développer mes performances de kinésithérapeute.

Au cours de mon parcours, j'ai eu l'occasion de me former en traumatologie & orthopédie, en pédiatrie, gériatrie, neurologie et en cabinet libéral.

I graduated in physiotherapy in France in 2011. During my professional career, I have specialised in different fields (sports rehabilitation, urogynaecology, respiratory...). These specialisations have allowed me to acquire know-how and to develop my skills. Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation.
