Psychologue clinicienne, j’ai exercé au sein de nombreuses institutions (zone de police, Service de Santé Mentale, Centre PMS, mutualité, Haute École), tout en menant des consultations en tant qu’indépendante complémentaire. Aujourd’hui, je me consacre pleinement à mon activité en cabinet privé pour vous offrir un espace d’écoute et de transformation.

Guidée par une écoute bienveillante et confidentielle, je vous accueille en consultation individuelle, en couple ou en famille. J’intègre une approche systémique, qui permet d’analyser les interactions et dynamiques (familiales, professionnelles, sociales) qui influencent votre parcours.

Mon accompagnement est humain, personnalisé et respectueux de votre rythme. Après une première analyse de vos attentes, nous construirons ensemble un lien de confiance pour entamer un travail collaboratif vers votre mieux-être.

Mon parcours a été riche de diverses expériences, notamment en milieu hospitalier, dans la prévention au suicide, dans l’aide à la jeunesse et en milieu scolaire. J’aspire à vous permettre de naviguer de façon plus sereine à travers vos difficultés, à vous aider à les appréhender sous un autre regard, ceci à l’aide des ressources déjà présentes en vous ou nouvellement trouvées. Dans un cadre soutenant et au rythme qui est le vôtre, je vous accompagnerai à (re)trouver un équilibre momentanément peu ou pas accessible. I am 46 years old and I am a systemic psychologist/psychotherapist. I work mainly with couples and families, but also with individuals. The people who have consulted me say that I am a gentle, calm person and that I am very invested in the interviews. They also say that I am atypical compared to the psychologist colleagues they have known, and that this characteristic is experienced in a very positive way for them. When I presented my family and personal history in my second year of postgraduate training in systemic psychology, one of the things that Ms. E. Goldbeter said to me was, "You sound like you're telling the story of a 70-year-old man, when you're only 36. You have done a lot of things in life...". Indeed, I am 46 years old and I am now a psychologist, a psychotherapist, since two years a lecturer at the University of Liege as an expert in psychology, a photographer and a musician, who puts together his different life experiences to try to make them useful in psychological meetings. I often use metaphor, humor, but also music, photography, and many other things in order to make the suffering situation presented to me as simple, clear, explicit and intelligible as possible for everyone. This collective understanding is often linked to the beginning of the resolution of the problem(s). When couples, families or individuals come to my office, I always explain to them certain points to which I pay particular attention: communication, emotions, family history, the feeling of justice and injustice experienced between people. Focusing on these different points is often a key to solving the problem...

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life.

Klinik psikoloji yüksek lisans eğitimimi Brüksel'de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB)’de tamamladım. Yetişkinlerle çalışıyorum ve terapide ağırlıklı olarak duygusal zorlanmalar, ilişki problemleri, özgüven eksikliği, depresyon, anksiyete bozuklukları ve kişilik örgütlenmesine dair sorunlarla ilgileniyorum. Terapi sürecimde temel olarak Şema Terapi yaklaşımını benimsiyorum. Şema terapi, bireyin çocukluk döneminde gelişen duygusal ihtiyaçlarının yeterince karşılanmaması sonucu oluşan ve bugün ilişkilerini, düşünce biçimini ve yaşam döngülerini etkileyen kalıpları anlamasına ve dönüştürmesine yardımcı olur. Bu yaklaşım üzerine ISST (Uluslararası Şema Terapi Derneği) onaylı temel eğitimimi tamamladım. Ayrıca Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) alanında da eğitim aldım ve bu iki yöntemi kişinin ihtiyaçlarına göre entegre bir şekilde kullanıyorum.

Psychologue clinicien de formation, je propose principalement des thérapies analytiques, des thérapies de type cognitivo-comportemental et systémiques.  Je suis également formé à la prise en charge individuelle et collective des traumatismes psychiques qui peuvent intervenir après un événement à fort retentissement émotionnel. 

Mon expérience de plus de 20 ans m’a amené à travailler autour de nombreuses problématiques : troubles anxieux, dépendances, difficultés conjugales, troubles relationnels, deuils, toutes formes de situation de victimisation (agressions sexuelles, violences conjugales,  traumas…), burn-out, difficultés dans la sphère professionnelle, gestion du stress.

Je suis fortement sensibilisé aux questions concernant l’identité et/ou l’identité sexuelle. 

Je propose des accompagnements qui s’adressent à des adultes, des adolescents et des couples.  

Je suis psychologue clinicienne agréée, et j'accueille adolescent.es (à partir de 15 ans) et adultes au centre Evidence-psy, à Ixelles.

Je vous reçois pour des problématiques d'anxiété, de burn out, de mal être, de difficultés relationnelles et/ou familiales, pour des questionnements liés à votre parentalité.

Je suis en cours de formation en EMDR, je peux actuellement vous accueillir pour des traumas simples (non chroniques ou relationnel).

Je vous accueille dans un cadre bienveillant, confidentiel et sans jugement, où nous allons évoluer ensemble dans le travail thérapeutique, en fonction de vos demandes et besoins.

Je facture chaque séance 65€ pour 45/50minutes. Une partie peut être prise en charge par votre mutuelle, selon ses conditions. Le paiement se fait par QR ou par espèces.

En cas d'annulation ou modification, merci de m'avertir au minimum 24h à l'avance. Dans le cas contraire je me réserve le droit de vous facturer la séance.

Mr. Jeromy Hrabovecky is a psychologist and neuropsychologist graduated from the Free University of Brussels. He specializes in emotions and mood, cognitive assessments and trauma. Holder of masters' degrees in Psychology, neuropsychology and Victimology and Psycho-traumatology, he will accompany you in his office located at Central Station, Rue des Colonnies 11.
