I have been a physiotherapist for 7 years now. I practice in Namur, at the Hêtre et Grandir center and in Waremme. I will be happy to receive you at the office to treat any disorder in the field of ortho-traumatology (lumbar or cervical pain, tendinopathy, elongation, surgery, sprain, fracture, etc.). Don't let a pain drag on. I also specialize in pelvi perineology, which means that I help women with all their problems concerning the intimate sphere, whether during adolescence, pregnancy or during the menopause. Who has never heard of bladder weakness? Urgent, sometimes even incapacitating urges? Intimate pain? Re-education of the perineum? Don't let this subject be taboo and dare to talk about it. I also work with children with incontinence, enuresis or constipation problems. The basis of my treatments is to see the patient as a whole, listen to his needs and find the best solutions to solve or relieve the problem. You will have understood that no two sessions are alike, everything will be adapted according to your history and your expectations.

Je pratique la kinésithérapie traditionnelle pour tout traitement des traumatismes orthopédiques que ce soit en prévention, en curatif ou en rééducation/revalidation. Je suis aussi spécialiste en thérapie manuelle ostéopathique qui me permet de traiter les blocages biomécaniques (lumbago, torticolis et autres dysfonctions articulaires). Enfin, je forme les travailleurs à mieux gérer leur corps au travail grâce à l'ergonomie et plus précisément à l'ergomotricité pour les travailleurs physiques. J'ai acquis actuellement une expérience de plus de 4000 heures de cours.

Diplômé depuis 2019, je pratique la kinésithérapie générale orientée vers l'orthopédie et la traumatologie. Je propose une approche plus traditionnelle de la kiné, simplement avec mes mains, mes conseils, et l'expérience que j'ai acquise (et continue d'acquérir) jour après jour en exerçant et en me formant. Partant du principe qu'on agit plus facilement sur ce que l'on comprend, j'envisage les séances comme l'occasion d'un échange en plus d'un moment de soin. Diplômée en kinésithérapie et réadaptation , depuis septembre 2022, à l'Université Catholique de Louvain. Motivée et dynamique, j'exerce dans un cabinet à Jambes et j'effectue également des visites à domicile aux alentours de Namur. Etant conventionnée, j'applique les tarifs de l'Inami.
