I’m Gaspard Dehaspe, founder of Pace Physio. I'm a physiotherapist since 2017, with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from ULB. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong focus on orthopedic, hand, and sports injuries, as well as cardiac rehabilitation, allowing me to support patients through all stages of recovery.

Outside the clinic, I’m a passionate cyclist and runner—whether it’s marathons, half marathons, or trail running. Sport is a big part of my life, and it helps me truly understand the challenges, frustrations, and goals that come with staying active or returning after an injury.

My goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, a fracture, or surgery, I work with you to rebuild mobility, strength, and confidence step by step.

I combine personalized exercise programs, hands-on therapy, and progressive strengthening techniques to reduce pain, improve flexibility, and support a safe and effective recovery. Every session is adapted to your needs and your goals, so you can progress at the right pace.

For me, rehabilitation is not just about healing—it’s about helping you feel confident in your body again and supporting you all the way back to an active, fulfilling lifestyle.

Laura Hirte pratique la kinésithérapie depuis 2002. Par le passé, elle a travaillé en Roumanie dans un centre pour enfants avec invalidités, ainsi qu'en France dans un centre de révalidation pour personnes âgées. Depuis janvier 2011, elle est kinésithérapeute indépendante en Belgique. Le cabinet ou elle travaille est situé Rue Jean-Baptiste Colyns 76, à Ixelles. Elle est spécialisée en kinésithérapie de revalidation et en kinésithérapie analytique (méthode Sohier).

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... I also do physical therapy after childbirth to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the perineum. I can come to your home (contact me on my phone). Diplômé d’un Master en Kinésithérapie et Réadaptation à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (U.L.B.), je suis également titulaire d’un master en sciences de la motricité.

Je suis ainsi spécialisé dans les pathologies sportives, mais je m’occupe également des prises en charges dites « générales », des rééducations pré- et post-opératoires et orthopédiques.

Depuis plus de 20 ans , je m'occupe de la préparation physique d'athlètes de tous niveaux du professionnel à l'amateur .

Juliette Saupic graduated in Physical Therapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2017. She is specialized in general and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy. In addition, her training in myo-aponeurotic hooking and taping are complementary tools integrated to her practice. Thanks to her four years of experience at the HCMC Medical Center in Watermael-Boitsfort (tendinopathies, low back pain, chronic pain, sprains, ...), at home (Parkinson, walking rehabilitation, post-surgery, ...), and at the Intensive Care Unit of the Saint-Jean Clinic (heavy revalidations, cardio-respiratory physiotherapy), she has acquired an expertise that she applies with gentleness and listening. Her therapeutic approach aims to treat while empowering patients. The 30-minute consultations are open every Monday and Thursday afternoon at the Konkel Center for Integrative Medicine.
