Voor mij was het al snel duidelijk dat ik verder wou in de richting van sport en wetenschappen. Afgestudeerd in 2016, als Master in de revalidatiewetenschappen en kinesitherapie aan de universiteit van Gent, kon ik onmiddellijk starten in Kine Kwadraat en bij mijn papa in Merelbeke. Vervolgens volgde ik het postgraduaat 'Manuele Therapie' om mijn vaardigheden te verfijnen en extra technieken te leren.

I graduated in 2011 with a Master's degree in rehabilitation sciences and physiotherapy from the University of Ghent. Afterwards, I followed another year of postgraduate sports management at the VUB, which is indicative of my great passion for sports. In 2012 I started working full-time as an independent physiotherapist and I still do that in the same practice and together with Nele.

Passionnée depuis toujours par les sciences et le sport, j'en ai fait mon métier ! Qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013, I practiced in private practice for 5 years. I completed my skills with training in sports physiotherapy which allowed me to work within the medical staff of a football team and an indoor football team. I also have a diploma as a personal trainer with 3 years of experience in a gym. Having lived 4 years in Montreal as a therapist in a sports clinic, I was able to develop my skills in massage therapy. These new skills help me complete my overall patient care. My skills as a physiotherapist and personal trainer allow me to best support patients in their healing processes and reduce the risks of recurrence. My knowledge and experience allow me to treat a large number of pathologies affecting the musculoskeletal system (sprain, fracture, muscle damage, postural disorder, etc.). Passionate about the human body, I finished my physiotherapy studies at the Haute école libre de Bruxelles in June 2019 with great distinction. I worked in a nursing home, in a private practice (the alternative care and therapy center) as well as at the Bracops hospital on an outpatient basis and as an inpatient in the surgery department. I currently work in two offices located in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Evere.
