Je suis Arthur, kinésithérapeute diplômé en 2022. Je vous accueille avec professionnalisme et bienveillance au J&J KinéSport Center à Tournai. Que ce soit pour soulager une douleur, accompagner une rééducation ou améliorer vos performances sportives, je mets un point d’honneur à vous offrir un suivi personnalisé et adapté à vos besoins.

Je me déplace également à domicile trois matinées par semaine, afin de garantir un suivi adapté même pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas se déplacer. Les rendez-vous à domicile sont uniquement pris par téléphone.

Kinésithérapeute licenciée depuis presque 20 ans, je reviens en Belgique après plus de 15 ans au Canada. 

Forte d’un bagage mixte de formations et d’expériences, j’ai toujours eu à coeur le bien-être de mes patients. 

Spécialisée en thérapie manuelle et en pathologies sportives, j’ai essentiellement évolué dans le milieu de la prise en charge des problématiques neuro-musculo-squelletiques en clinique sportive. 

Outre la thérapie manuelle, j’inclus au besoin dans ma pratique des techniques comme le crochetage (fibrolyse diacutanée), le dry needling ou le Mulligan. 

Je me ferai un plaisir de vous accueillir tant en français qu’en anglais, dès à présent Chez Kio Medical Center à Uccle et bientôt à Belliard pour une prise en charge personnalisée. 

Diplômé d’un Master en Kinésithérapie et Réadaptation à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (U.L.B.), je suis également titulaire d’un master en sciences de la motricité.

Je suis ainsi spécialisé dans les pathologies sportives, mais je m’occupe également des prises en charges dites « générales », des rééducations pré- et post-opératoires et orthopédiques.

Depuis plus de 20 ans , je m'occupe de la préparation physique d'athlètes de tous niveaux du professionnel à l'amateur .

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... I also do physical therapy after childbirth to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the perineum. I can come to your home (contact me on my phone). As a physiotherapist with a strong background in occupational therapy, I adopt a holistic approach to patient care, addressing the physical, mental, and social dimensions of recovery. My areas of expertise include:

In addition to my professional qualifications, I am passionate about extreme sports such as skateboarding, skiing, and kitesurfing. Having personally experienced multiple injuries, I understand the recovery process firsthand. My own journey of rehabilitation, guided by skilled physiotherapists, has motivated me to provide the same level of care and support to my patients.

My objective is to develop a personalized rehabilitation plan tailored to your specific needs and to support you at every step of your recovery. I offer consultations and sessions in both French and English.

Passionné par la kinésithérapie, je prends en charge les pathologies générales musculo-squelettiques, les pathologies neurologiques, les douleurs chroniques (lombalgies, fibromyalgie, sciatalgies, cervico-brachialgies…) ainsi que les pathologies orthopédiques (scoliose, prothèse de hanche, de genou, épaules…), pathologies respiratoires, lymphatiques…

La kinésithérapie générale couvre de nombreux domaines permettant de répondre à une large variété de besoins.

Afin de vous offrir la prise en charge la plus adaptée, nous commencerons par une anamnèse. Les traitements peuvent être passifs (mobilisations, techniques manuelles) ou actifs (exercices de revalidation), et sont combinés lorsque cela est nécessaire pour optimiser les chances de progrès.

Nassim is a physical therapist graduating in June 2021. Although he has a master's degree in low back pain, he is able to manage musculoskeletal disorders in a general way, while adapting to the patient and offering specific follow-up. As a young graduate, Nassim has been educated with the latest recommendations in kinesiology and management. He will be able to advise you and answer your questions in the most relevant way. Following a training in sports kinesiology at the UCL, he aspires to train as much as possible in order to remain as close as possible to scientific rigor. He covers the fields of general physiotherapy (orthopedic, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal disorders, revalidation, rehabilitation...), sports physiotherapy (rehabilitation according to the practice, reathletization, ...), pre/post-operation physiotherapy (reinforcement, rehabilitation...) and finally cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

Kinésithérapeute spécialisée en Rééducation Périnéale et Périnatalité.

Je suis Ambre, kinésithérapeute diplômée en 2021 d’un Master en kinésithérapie générale, et je me suis récemment spécialisée en kinésithérapie uro-gynécologique. 

Grâce à cette formation complémentaire de 2 ans, je suis particulièrement formée pour prendre en charge les pathologies urinaires et fécales (incontinences, constipation,…), les troubles sexuels et douloureux (dyspareunie, vaginisme,…), ainsi que la kinésithérapie périnatale (prénatale et postnatale). 

Mon approche personnalisée vise à soulager vos douleurs et améliorer votre bien-être, que ce soit pendant la grossesse, après l’accouchement, ou pour traiter des troubles urogénitaux et sexuels.

Je suis spécialisé dans les troubles musculo-squelettiques, particulièrement les douleurs de dos et de nuque. Mais également la kinésithérapie générale, le traitements tendinopathies, entorses, rééducation post-opératoire, ... 

Je suis kinésithérapeute conventionné à Louvain-La-Neuve, diplômé de l'UCLouvain, actuellement en formation dans un master complémentaire en musculo-squelettique. Je suis passionné de breakdance et de danse, dont l'analyse du mouvement m'apporte une vision critique qui enrichit ma pratique thérapeutique.

Par une thérapie centrée sur le patient, notre objectif sera de restaurer votre fonction optimale, réduire la douleur et prévenir les récidives grâce à un programme de soins que nous élaborons ensemble.

Johan Van Ertbruggen, Physiotherapist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles with a master's degree in physiotherapy in 2016. He is specialized in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and shoulder rehabilitation. He consults Monday through Friday at HSPC Health & Sports Performance Medical Center.
