Ambre Constant, diplômé de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Je suis à votre disposition au cabinet de Waterloo au 220A rue Emile Dury. Je pratique de la kinésithérapie générale qui s'adresse aux adultes et aux enfants.

Mon principal objectif est de vous recevoir dans un cadre de bienveillance et d'écoute. Je prendrais toujours le temps de réaliser un premier bilan afin de cibler au mieux vos demandes et ainsi personnaliser votre traitement.

Graduated from a Master in Physiotherapy in 2016, I work mainly in Manual Therapy (Australian Manual Therapy certificate) including a visceral approach and the temporo mandibular joint. I also work at the muscular level in Trigger Point, Dry Needling or with suction cups. The objective is to have a global approach to allow the most individualized treatment to meet the needs of each patient.

Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

I hold a Master's degree in physiotherapy from Parnasse ISEI, specializing in Low Back Pain. I practice general physiotherapy, respiratory physiotherapy (child and adult), sports, pre-post operative, trauma, lymphatic drainage... I welcome you to my office in the Wavre-Limal medical space located at 22 Venelle du bois de la pierre 1300 Wavre and I also come to your home. I can express myself in French or English. Diplômé d'un Master en Kinésithérapeute au sein de la Faculté des Sciences de la Motricité à l'ULB, je me spécialise dans la prise en charge des pathologies musculo-squelettiques, avec une expertise particulière en orthopédie, traumatologie et kinésithérapie sportive.

Depuis deux ans, j’assure le suivi de joueurs et joueuses au club de rugby à XV du Boitsfort Rugby Club. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer une approche centrée sur la prévention des blessures et sur la performance athlétique. 

Mes traitements reposent sur le mouvement et la compréhension des symptômes afin de vous rendre acteur de votre rééducation. Ensemble, nous travaillerons pour vous permettre d’acquérir les outils nécessaires à votre autonomie et à un rétablissement durable. Vous serez toujours écouté et impliqué dans votre parcours de soin.
