I am a physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from Poland and an Advanced Master's in Manual Therapy from VUB Brussels. I am passionate about manual therapy and dry needling, and I enjoy helping patients relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve their overall well-being.

Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments. At your own pace and with respect for everyone. Body work is global, from the feet to the head. My steps also led me to pediatrics. I offer care focused on the concepts of baby Busquet muscle chains, pediatric manual therapy, as well as free motor skills. The little one's sleep is also regularly at the heart of parents' concerns. Interested in this subject, I learned a lot through training and readings. For those who wish, the sessions will therefore be an opportunity to discuss caring support for the baby's sleep. The prices are agreed: the first session amounts to 70€ (assessment) and the following ones to 62€ for one hour.

Mon objectif est d’accompagner chaque patient vers une récupération optimale, en combinant approche personnalisée et connaissances scientifiques actuelles.

Je m'appelle Bénédicte, je suis kinésithérapeute depuis 2009. Je suis spécialisée dans la prise en charge de la femme en globalité et plus spécifiquement dans le domaine de la pelvi-périnéologie, la rééducation autour du cancer du sein, le drainage lymphatique ainsi que la prise encharge des cicatrices. Je me suis également formé dans la prise en charge des hommes lors de troubles post-prostatectomie. Pour compléter mes prises en charges, je suis également formé en microkinésithérapie. Ce qui pourra vous aider, ainsi que les bébés et enfants, lors de stress, de problèmes de sommeil et bien d'autres. As a passionate and approved physiotherapist, I offer quality care both in my office located on Avenue Slegers and at home. Specialized in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, respiratory and neurological rehabilitation. I offer manual therapy techniques and adapted exercises that meet your specific needs.

Graduated in 2019 from a master in physical therapy at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles, I immediately trained in sports physical therapy as well as in manual therapy (Kinesport, Kinesitherapy of the Sport Expert). I am also a physiotherapist for the soccer club Royal Racing Club Etterbeek. This has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and expertise on sports pathologies, in order to offer you an optimal treatment that will meet your different objectives. Specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and overload pathologies, post-traumatic/orthopedic surgery of the lower limb (ACL, meniscal pathology...), I also have an affinity for the treatment of cervical and dorsolumbar pathologies.
