I hold a Master’s degree in physiotherapy, specialising in the upper body, and I am passionate about treating patients with orthopaedic conditions, ranging from neck pain to lower back pain, including elbow tendonitis.

As a young and dynamic physiotherapist, I am fully committed to supporting my patients with kindness and attentiveness. My working method is based on a patient-centred approach, aiming to provide personalised care tailored to each clinical situation.

I am available at three practices: in Ixelles, in Kraainem and at Uperform in Wezembeek-Oppem.

Je me suis ensuite formé plus spécialement dans le traitement des douleurs d'épaule, des troubles nerveux périphériques (sciatique névralgie cervico-brachiale), des commotions tout en ayant un attrait pour la prise en charge plus sportive.

Mes séances sont individualisées et adaptées afin de répondre à vos attentes dans le but de trouver une solution à votre problème.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. Elias is a graduate in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation with a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy. 

His practice is centered around empowering patients to understand their bodies, helping them work towards becoming healthier and stronger than ever before. Treating everyone with the same care and dedication is a core value that drives his approach.

Graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK in 2021, practitioner Julian GILLES treats all types of pathology. Specializing in trauma and orthopedics, as well as lymphatic drainage. He will be able to adapt to your pathology and your expectations in order to offer the most personalized treatment possible.

Graduated in 2019 from a master in physical therapy at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles, I immediately trained in sports physical therapy as well as in manual therapy (Kinesport, Kinesitherapy of the Sport Expert). I am also a physiotherapist for the soccer club Royal Racing Club Etterbeek. Kinésithérapeute passionnée, j’oriente ma pratique vers une prise en charge personnalisée, fonctionnelle et centrée sur vos objectifs.

Je suis spécialisée en orthopédie-traumatologie, avec un intérêt particulier pour l’épaule. Mes formations dédiées au diagnostic différentiel et aux traitements de l’épaule me permettent d’optimiser la récupération, la mobilité et l’autonomie.

Formée au concept Mulligan, j’utilise des mobilisations douces couplées au mouvement actif, visant un soulagement rapide et une amélioration efficace de la mobilité articulaire.

Je poursuis actuellement une formation interuniversitaire en kinésithérapie du sport (UCL – ULg) afin d’affiner ma prise en charge des sportifs, qu’ils soient amateurs ou professionnels.

Je suis également formée à la gestion de la douleur, ce qui me permet de mieux comprendre sensations face à la maladie.
