Nassim is a physical therapist graduating in June 2021. Although he has a master's degree in low back pain, he is able to manage musculoskeletal disorders in a general way, while adapting to the patient and offering specific follow-up. As a young graduate, Nassim has been educated with the latest recommendations in kinesiology and management. He will be able to advise you and answer your questions in the most relevant way. Following a training in sports kinesiology at the UCL, he aspires to train as much as possible in order to remain as close as possible to scientific rigor. He covers the fields of general physiotherapy (orthopedic, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal disorders, revalidation, rehabilitation...), sports physiotherapy (rehabilitation according to the practice, reathletization, ...), pre/post-operation physiotherapy (reinforcement, rehabilitation...) and finally cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.

Diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie en 2021, j’ai depuis eu l’opportunité d’exercer dans différents environnements, en France métropolitaine et dans les DOM-TOM. Ces expériences variées m’ont permis de développer une approche humaine, attentive et globale du soin.

Après une première année de pratique en Martinique, puis quelques remplacements en Polynésie, j’ai poursuivi mon parcours dans des cabinets aux profils très différents, dont un cabinet de kinésithérapie du sport à Lille et, plus récemment, un cabinet pluridisciplinaire à Aix-en-Provence. Cette diversité m’a permis d’affiner mes affinités professionnelles, que je continue de nourrir au quotidien.

Bien que je n’aie pas encore de spécialisation officielle, je suis passionnée par :

• La traumatologie (entorses, fractures, suites post-opératoires…)
• La rééducation de la main
• Le traitement des cicatrices, notamment après chirurgie ou cancer du sein
• La gériatrie
• Le drainage lymphatique
• La rééducation du sportif (amateur ou confirmé)

Je ne pratique pas la kiné respiratoire ni la prise en charge des pathologies neurologiques lourdes.

D’un naturel souriant, patient et à l’écoute, je m’engage à vous accompagner de manière personnalisée, avec bienveillance et professionnalisme, dans votre parcours de soin.

En parallèle, je suis passionnée de sport (danse, course à pied, Pilates, tennis), et j’envisage à terme de me former à l’enseignement du Pilates, discipline que j’intègre déjà dans ma pratique lorsqu’elle est adaptée à vos objectifs.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree from KU Leuven, where I specialize in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Manual Therapy for Spinal Disorders and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation. I am currently a candidate for the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Additionally, I am a research assistant at Pain in Motion and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where I contribute to chronic pain research. I focus on the biopsychosocial factors and personalize my therapeutic plan depending on the needs of the patient.

Diplômée en 2016, je possède une expérience de 7 ans dans le domaine de la revalidation neuro-locomotrice, ce qui m'a permis d'acquérir une expertise approfondie dans l'accompagnement et la rééducation des patients atteints de troubles de l'appareil locomoteur.

After graduating from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I now work at Bsports Health, a health center that distinguishes itself by its holistic approach to patient care. During my university studies, I had the chance to work in the same center as a coach. Thus, I was able to develop many skills in the field of fitness. In order to optimize my care, I am currently training in manual therapy and crocheting. In addition, I keep up to date with the scientific literature in order to provide my patients with adequate treatment. My goal is to do everything in my power to help my patients regain their function and relieve their pain.

Being a graduate in general physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB, I take care of people suffering from orthopedic, neurological, geriatric and cardio-respiratory disorders. I use mobilizations, stretching, massage (trigger points), hooking and physical exercise in my treatments. Indeed, I believe in the benefits of physical activity in healing and wish to combine the art of healing with the art of movement.
