Graduated with distinction from HELB in physiotherapy, I have been passionate about this profession since I was very young. My academic career has been enriched by numerous internships in various healthcare environments, notably in nursing homes, hospitals and in physiotherapy practices. I like human contact, whether with children, adults or the elderly. I quickly discovered my passion for end-of-life support and pediatrics and I aspire to specialize in these areas to bring a more rigorous approach and greater comfort to my practice. My approach as a physiotherapist is characterized by my deep empathy, my positive dynamic, my ability to reassure patients and my rigor in my care. My ultimate goal is to contribute to the well-being and health of my patients while creating a warm and safe environment for their rehabilitation. I am determined to provide quality care and support my patients in maintaining their autonomy and improving their quality of life.

[Graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), I have the latest scientific knowledge in terms of revalidation and physiotherapeutic treatment. My fields of action are : -Orthopedic and traumatological revalidation (sprain, tendonitis, scoliosis, rehabilitation after trauma or surgery, relearning to walk,...) - Cervicalgia, dorsalgia and lumbago (spinal pain) - Neurological revalidation (post stroke rehabilitation and other disorders) - Respiratory physiotherapy -Pre and postpartum physical therapy -Elderly rehabilitation My priority and work philosophy is to put the patient at the center of the treatment. In this sense, I take the time to fully explain each pathology for the educational aspect, and I humanize my treatments by being close, listening, and available for each patient. I therefore attach great importance to the patient-therapist relationship. In parallel, I provide professional care based on current scientific knowledge.

Elena Trifan, has a master's degree in physical therapy and specializes in pelvic-perineal rehabilitation. She treats all disorders of the gynecological, urological, proctological, pelvic floor and abdominal girdle. In order to ensure optimal, global and individual care, she also specializes in global postural rehabilitation (Souchard method). In addition, she deals with all problems of the maxillofacial sphere (adults) and cardiovascular disorders.

Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. Graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK in 2021, practitioner Julian GILLES treats all types of pathology. Specializing in trauma and orthopedics, as well as lymphatic drainage. He will be able to adapt to your pathology and your expectations in order to offer the most personalized treatment possible.

Diplômé d'un Master en Kinésithérapeute au sein de la Faculté des Sciences de la Motricité à l'ULB, je me spécialise dans la prise en charge des pathologies musculo-squelettiques, avec une expertise particulière en orthopédie, traumatologie et kinésithérapie sportive.

Mon objectif est de vous accompagner dans votre rééducation en m'adaptant à vos besoins spécifiques et à vos objectifs personnels, que ce soit pour retrouver une mobilité optimale, reprendre une activité sportive ou pour améliorer votre qualité de vie au quotidien. 

Depuis deux ans, j’assure le suivi de joueurs et joueuses au club de rugby à XV du Boitsfort Rugby Club. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer une approche centrée sur la prévention des blessures et sur la performance athlétique. 

Mes traitements reposent sur le mouvement et la compréhension des symptômes afin de vous rendre acteur de votre rééducation.
