Infirmier de formation, j'ai poursuivi mes études par un Master en santé publique qui en cours d’emploi a été complété par un diplôme complémentaire en management.

Après avoir géré durant 18 ans des institutions pour personnes âgées avec l’objectif de mettre l’humain au centre des préoccupations et en inscrivant les pratiques de gestion dans une perspective soignante, j’ai réorienté ma carrière en créant une cellule de ressources humaines dans une structure para-régionale. J’y ai structuré les informations et développé des outils d’aide à la décision. Cependant, face à la souffrance au travail et avide d'améliorer les relations humaines, j'ai entrepris une formation de Coach évolutif avec Isabelle Wats (école agréée ICF) et en soins énergétiques et numérologie avec Daniel Schröeder.

Toujours dans le but d'un accompagnement holistique de la personne, je poursuis une formation continue en hypnothérapie reconnue par la NGH (National Guild of Hypnotherapy)
