Coaching Process

• First Session : We take the time to explain the coaching process, get to know each other, and establish a clear primary goal together.
• Subsequent Sessions: Each session is action-oriented. It begins with defining a specific objective for the current session and concludes with a precise action plan to implement before our next meeting.
• Duration: I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to ensure changes are rooted and significant results are achieved.
