 In my practice, I take the whole person into account, and see myself as a companion on the road to recovery. The patient (or client) remains the main actor in his or her own health and well-being. My role is to guide them and suggest solutions that I draw from nature.

In the course of my training and in the light of new scientific discoveries concerning health, such as psycho-neuro-endocrino-immunology (PNEI), polyvagal theory and the biological decoding of disease, it has become increasingly clear to me that

that physical symptoms cannot be cured without looking for their emotional, psycho-affective or even trans-generational origins;

that we can support this process with what nature has to offer, plants and especially plant buds and other meristematic tissues, which can help soothe our nervous system and enable the healing process.
