Graduated in 2020 in dietetics and nutrition at the Paul Lambin Institute, I then worked at CHU Brugmann as a clinical dietitian. Mainly in the geriatrics and endocrinology departments where I gave diabetology consultations and took care of the malnutrition of the elderly, I was able to gain experience and professionalism. I then traveled to other horizons, to the Caribbean more precisely. This experience allowed me to discover other cultures and other flavors; it was with curiosity that I became interested in Creole cuisine. I even produced a diet booklet with various balanced diet tips for the West Indians. I now work part-time in a nursing home and on my own as a complementary freelancer at Mimosa.
