Infirmière de formation, licenciée en Sciences hospitalières et agrégée en Santé publique, je suis également coach mental (Académie Michel Villacorta, 2017) et hypnothérapeute (HELB, 2020).

J’intègre dans mon accompagnement des approches telles que l’hypnose Ericksonienne et la programmation neuro-linguistique (PNL), permettant d’explorer et d’activer les ressources internes de chacun.
