Noémie is very friendly, encouraging and professional. I visited her for my lower back and Sciatic pain due to oversitting behind the desk and I saw the difference from the first session with her. She explains everything clearly and I was feeling comfortable and supported through out the whole treatment process.

Noemie est tres professionnelle ,communicative et tres sympa !Mon fils se sent beaucoup plus mieux,plus soulage et il trouve les exercices tres efficaces et auxiliaires par la premiere fois,donc nous avons fait la meilleure choix!!!

    Good afternoon, it’s been a couple of weeks that my arm hurts, the pain starts from the bone to the left of the elbow. What specific examinations should I do and which specialist should I consult?

    • Hello,
      You can consult a physiotherapist and start a treatment based on movement and exercises, you'll need a prescription from your doctor first. You don't need to do any kind of imageries, eventually an echography, but not much more.
      You can also stop the movements that reproduce your pain (typing on your keybord for example).

    Hello, I have back pain problem and it is very disturbing me on my daily activities. Which doctor that I need to see first? GP or physiotherapist?

    • Hello, a physiotherapist can help to reduce your pain but you have to see a GP first to get a prescription for the physiotherapy. You can already apply heat to your back (hot water bottle or cushion of cherry stones) and see if it helps to reduce your pain, at least for a little moment.
