Mon approche se spécialise en massage thérapeutique et sportif, dans le but d’améliorer le bien-être et la vie de mon prochain. Je suis ainsi spécialisé en massage deep tissue, cupping therapy et la récupération musculaire.

Avec une pratique sportive axée autour de la musculation et anciennement l'haltérophilie, mon accompagnement touche tout ce qui touche à ce domaine : nutrition, récupération, anatomie, spécificités morphologiques…
