Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ostéopathie D.O. obtenu à l'International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO) en 2024 en parallèle avec mon métier de kinésithérapeute.

Après avoir exercé la kinésithérapie pendant 10 ans, j'ai continué à me former pour désormais consulter en tant qu'ostéopathe.

Je vous propose des séances d'ostéopathie de qualité et personnalisées à vos symptômes.

Je traite toutes les dysfonctions ostéoarticulaires (lombalgie, cervicalgie, sciatalgie, névralgie d'Arnold,...), les patients sportifs (expérience de 2 ans dans le foot professionnel à l'Excelsior de Mouscron), les femmes enceintes et post accouchement ainsi que les nouveaux nés.

Trained in osteopathy in 2016 at the International Academy of Osteopathy University and graduated in physical therapy, the practitioner Stéphane Deregnaucourt practices at the medical center of Montigny Le Tilleul near the CHU André Vesale, he also provides consultations in Mons and in France. The dysfunctions are treated by non forced way.

Maud Galle, exclusive osteopath, has continued her training in pediatrics, abdomino-pelvic care and structural osteopathy. She is a member of the UPOB, Professional Union of Osteopaths of Belgium, which is a Professional Union recognized by the Council of State and by Royal Decree, of which a criterion of membership is to continue the continuous training. Kinésithérapeute depuis 2017, je suis devenu ostéopathe D.O depuis près d'un an. Riche de toutes ces années d'expériences et de formation continues , je vous reçois avec plaisir afin de vous aider à résoudre vos différents problèmes. Je peux traiter tous les troubles au niveaux du rachis qu'il soit cervicale/thoracique/lombaire avec les pathologies associées ainsi que les différentes pathologies du sportif ( épaule/coude/poignet/hanche/genou/cheville). Je traite également les bébés dans le cadre de plagiocéphalie.

Diplômé de l'Institut de formation en Ostéopathie (International Academy Of Osteopathy) en 2021 à Mont-Saint-Guibert, Joffrey a depuis enrichi ses compétences par des formations spécialisées. En 2022, il a suivi une formation en ostéopathie pédiatrique, lui permettant d'offrir des soins adaptés aux plus jeunes. En 2023, il a approfondi ses connaissances en manipulation structurelle tissulaire, élargissant ainsi son expertise dans le domaine.

Avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience en massothérapie, j’ai choisi de me former en ostéopathie à l'université libre de Bruxelles pour enrichir ma pratique et vous proposer une prise en charge encore plus complète. Cette formation m’a permis d’acquérir des outils scientifiques solides, tout en conservant l’approche intuitive et personnalisée qui a toujours guidé mon travail.

Une raison qui m’a poussé à suivre des études universitaires est mon intérêt particulier aux cas complexes et aux douleurs chroniques, qui demandent une analyse approfondie et une approche sur mesure. Pour moi, chaque séance est une collaboration : je vous propose mon expertise et expérience et c’est ensemble que nous mettrons en place un traitement et des solutions les plus adaptées à votre quotidien et à vos objectifs. Mon rôle est de vous accompagner dans la compréhension et le soulagement de vos douleurs, en prenant le temps d’écouter votre histoire, vos habitudes de vie et vos besoins ainsi qu’à travers un bilan clinique rigoureux.

Dans certain cas il est important de développer une prise en charge interdisciplinaire. Si nécessaire, et avec votre accord, je communiquerai avec votre médecin, kinésithérapeute ou autre professionnel de santé.

Comment se déroule une séance ?

1) Un temps d’échange, d'anamnèse, pour explorer ensemble votre douleur, votre quotidien et vos antécédents.

2) Des tests cliniques pour identifier les zones de tension, d’inflammation ou de lésions.

3) Une thérapie adaptée, suivie de conseils et d’exercices pour prolonger les bénéfices à la maison.

I am a D.O. osteopath, graduated from the Free University of Brussels. I offer comprehensive patient care using the manual diagnostic and therapeutic approach of osteopathy. I receive infants, children, adolescents, adults, pregnant women, athletes and seniors. I am approved by Belgian mutual insurance companies and I consult in Brussels (Marolles) and Saint-Gilles (Ma Campagne). Following a 7-year stay abroad where I gained a lot of experience in a diversity of fields of osteopathy, I recently moved back to Belgium to be closer to family. Through the years, I discovered an interest in treating newborns and toddlers (digestive issues at birth, postural restrictions following birth, sleeping problems, growing pains,...). Other than within my private practice, I gained experience working with young children through collaboration with pediatric osteopaths while regularly volunteering to offer treatments to underpriviledged children. On top of my intrest in treating young children, I have also treated a wide range of patients, from elite athletes (pains linked to training, strains/sprains,...) to chronic pains (lower back pain, migraines, stress management,...). During my stay abroad, I have continually followed courses in visceral osteopathy which gives me an intimate knowledge about the links between the visceral and skeletal systems.
