Attiré par le contact humain et le sport en général, j’ai débuté comme kinésithérapeute en 1999. Je me suis ensuite spécialisé en kiné du sport. Très vite confronté aux douleurs aiguës et aux pertes de mobilités, je me suis orienté vers l’ostéopathie. J’ai terminé mon cursus en 2010 pour lancer mon cabinet de Haut-Ittre. C’est avec l’envie de participer à la réussite du sportif en lui permettant d’approcher ses capacités maximales et en lui apprenant à écouter son corps que je rejoins également l’équipe Health & Sports Care du centre Mounier à Woluwé. L’ostéopathie s’adresse à toutes et à tous: femmes enceintes, sportifs de haut niveau, amateurs ou sédentaires. I am still interested in many training projects such as acupuncture among others. I also attend many seminars throughout the year and keep myself regularly informed of new discoveries in the fields of physical therapy and osteopathy. Since 2016, I have been practicing at the Molière-Longchamp hospital in the orthopedic/rheumatology outpatient department as well as in the orthopedic-neurological outpatient revalidation department. L’ostéopathie est une approche thérapeutique manuelle douce qui se fonde sur une vision globale de la structure du corps humain. L’ostéopathe va pratiquer des manipulations manuelles du système musculo-squelettique et utiliser des techniques de relâchement myofascial afin de soulager les tensions, les déséquilibres et les douleurs.

Par exemple l’ostéopathe peut soigner les maux de dos, les entorses, le stress, les règles douloureuses ou encore les migraines. L’ostéopathie est à visée préventive et curative. Un ostéopathe peut recevoir différents types de patients : des nourrissons, des enfants, des sportifs, des femmes enceintes ou encore des seniors.

Le coeur de ma pratique est de prendre le temps d’écouter, de comprendre et d’accompagner. Formé en ostéopathie à l’Université libre de Bruxelles, j’ai choisi ce métier par passion pour le corps humain et par envie d’aider chacun à retrouver équilibre et un bien-être quotidien.

Mon approche repose sur une alliance entre mon expertise scientifique et écoute attentive de vos besoins. Chaque personne est unique, et chaque séance l’est tout autant.

J’accorde une attention particulière aux douleurs chroniques, aux tensions persistantes et aux situations complexes, qui nécessitent souvent une approche douce, progressive et sur mesure. Ensemble, nous construisons un accompagnement adapté à vos besoins, dans un climat de confiance et de respect.

Kinésithérapeute de formation et ostéopathe, je vous propose une prise en charge complète, précise et à l'écoute. Mon double parcours me permet de combiner une maîtrise approfondie de la biomécanique avec des techniques ostéopathiques ciblées, dont les manipulations à haute vélocité (HVBA), pour des résultats concrets et durables.

Je reçois tout type de patient : sportifs souffrant de blessures ou de douleurs récurrentes, personnes touchées par des douleurs chroniques du dos ou des cervicales, et patients présentant des troubles de la mâchoire (ATM), une spécialité souvent méconnue mais pour laquelle j'ai suivi une formation dédiée.

Chaque consultation commence par une écoute attentive de votre histoire et de vos douleurs. Je vous explique chaque étape de mon diagnostic et de mon traitement, et j'adapte mon approche à votre corps, pas l'inverse. Mon objectif : vous soulager en profondeur et vous accompagner dans la durée.

Following a 7-year stay abroad where I gained a lot of experience in a diversity of fields of osteopathy, I recently moved back to Belgium to be closer to family. Through the years, I discovered an interest in treating newborns and toddlers (digestive issues at birth, postural restrictions following birth, sleeping problems, growing pains,...). Other than within my private practice, I gained experience working with young children through collaboration with pediatric osteopaths while regularly volunteering to offer treatments to underpriviledged children. On top of my intrest in treating young children, I have also treated a wide range of patients, from elite athletes (pains linked to training, strains/sprains,...) to chronic pains (lower back pain, migraines, stress management,...). During my stay abroad, I have continually followed courses in visceral osteopathy which gives me an intimate knowledge about the links between the visceral and skeletal systems.
