Graduated from ULB after 6 years of training (a bachelor's degree and 2 master's degrees), I welcome you for your pain and/or blockages of the musculoskeletal system; namely everything relating to muscles, joints and nerves. You are therefore welcome for any acute or chronic problem of low back pain, neck pain, jaw pain/clicking, after-effects of sprains, contractures, inter-costal neuralgia… I also offer support for the pregnancy as well as relief from abdominal pain linked to stress or organic pathologies (Crohn's, UCHR, gastrointestinal reflux). Osteopathy has also demonstrated its effectiveness in the treatment of tension headaches, which are headaches caused by lack of sleep, stress or poor posture. My personal journey made me discover osteopathy by chance. Since childhood, I have always been attracted to the medical field and the art of healing. But in a situation where conventional medicine and medications could not help me, it was thanks to osteopathy and the healing power of the hands that I was able to get better. So I wanted to study myself and learn how to “unblock” others without resorting to medication. I am also very interested in the psychological and emotional dimension of any illness, and this is among other things why I decided to take Chinese medicine courses at the same time at E.T.T.C. in Namur (I do not yet practice in this discipline). This different approach to the human body will allow me to deepen the holistic vision of the person and their illness. I pay particular attention to welcoming you with kindness and active listening, in order to allow the letting go and relaxation essential to healing. I also work Saturday and/or Sunday for emergency osteopathy appointments.

Osteopath since 2019, Emilie Plennevaux studied at the Free University of Brussels (ULB) where she obtained respectively the diplomas of: Bachelor in motor science with osteopathy orientation in 2016 , Master in motor science with general orientation, with osteopathy finality in 2018 and a master of specialization in osteopathy in 2019. During her training, osteopath Emilie Plennevaux realized an experimental Dissertation on the Study of the validitý of two tuning forks of different frequencies in the case of suspected fracture. She also completed a dissertation on the contribution of osteopathy in the treatment of pain of the osteo ligamentary system during pregnancy. Passionate and thirsty for knowledge, Emilie Plennevaux has participated in several conferences including : Congress - Osteopathic Medicine for the Paediatric Population.
