L’ostéopathie est une approche thérapeutique manuelle douce qui se fonde sur une vision globale de la structure du corps humain. L’ostéopathe va pratiquer des manipulations manuelles du système musculo-squelettique et utiliser des techniques de relâchement myofascial afin de soulager les tensions, les déséquilibres et les douleurs.

J'ai pu enrichir ma pratique et mon parcours avec des expériences à Mayotte, à la Réunion mais également au Sénégal (Ostéopathe du Monde) pour proposer des soins dans une pouponnière pour enfant.

Ainsi je propose une ostéopathie variée , en proposant une approche en structurel, crânien, viscéral ou fonctionnelle, en fonction des besoins du patient.
