Le coeur de ma pratique est de prendre le temps d’écouter, de comprendre et d’accompagner. Formé en ostéopathie à l’Université libre de Bruxelles, j’ai choisi ce métier par passion pour le corps humain et par envie d’aider chacun à retrouver équilibre et un bien-être quotidien.

Mon approche repose sur une alliance entre mon expertise scientifique et écoute attentive de vos besoins. Chaque personne est unique, et chaque séance l’est tout autant.

J’accorde une attention particulière aux douleurs chroniques, aux tensions persistantes et aux situations complexes, qui nécessitent souvent une approche douce, progressive et sur mesure. Ensemble, nous construisons un accompagnement adapté à vos besoins, dans un climat de confiance et de respect.

Si nécessaire, je travaille en collaboration avec d’autres professionnels de santé (médecin, kinésithérapeute, podologue, psychologue…) afin d’assurer un suivi de prise en charge complète et cohérente.

Hello, I am a DO osteopath graduated in 2022 from the Free University of Brussels and osteopath of the federal Taekwondo team. I started studying the human body and care 13 years ago. I took my first steps in the field of health in midwifery (midwifery) for 3 years. It was a great experience, where I was able to support pregnancies, but also deliver newborns and follow their progress. 7 years ago, I reoriented myself to be able to investigate care through my hands. As an osteopath, I treat musculoskeletal and peripheral neurological disorders of mechanical origin. These mechanical problems have a cause! To find it, an initial discussion will allow me to know more about your pain (How did it appear? What are the characteristics of your pain?). We will take the time to explore your health and medical history. Following this, we will proceed to the physical, clinical and neurological examination supplemented by orthopedic tests in order to best identify the cause of the pain in an algo-mechanical logic. The succession of these stages will allow us to move on to osteopathic treatment and/or medical reorientation towards other specialties. If manipulation proves necessary, it will be carried out with your consent, in a safe manner and in a pain-free manner according to Dr. Robert Maigne. Osteopath, I graduated in osteopathy in 2008, but also graduated in energetic osteopathy in 2019 from ULC and IAO respectively. Specialized in general and energetic osteopathy, he takes care of neck pain, jaw problems, joint disorders, emergencies, lumbago and also rib pain. You can consult him for a migraine, for a back problem, for a sports injury, for stress management, for a gynecological or pediatric condition. Student and social rates as needed. Having studied for 6 years at the ULB, Pier-Luigi Cianci received his title of Osteopath D.O. He is now part of the multidisciplinary team of BACK in Bruxelles center, as well as in Laeken too. Thanks to a meticulous approach, these osteopathic sessions are focused on the various complaints of the patient. Pier-Luigi Cianci is specialized in the treatment of adults, teenagers and athletes of all levels. He did his final study on the management and biomechanics of low back pain. My approach focuses on addressing the underlying physical and bio-mechanical causes of your health problems, supporting your body's self-healing capacity.

Each treatment lasts at least 60 to 90 minutes, and is eligible for partial reimbursed by your health insurance. I speak English, French, Dutch, and German.

For over 25 years, I have focused on the osteopathic treatment and prevention of chronic health conditions such as:
