J’ai eu mon tout premier rendez-vous chez Mouna Nafnaf et c’était une expérience incroyable. C’est une professionnelle vraiment à l’écoute, on sent directement qu’elle maîtrise parfaitement son métier. Ce qui m’a le plus marquée, c’est sa capacité à comprendre rapidement mes problématiques : en lui expliquant mes douleurs de dos, elle a su citer des symptômes que je ressentais mais que j’avais complètement oubliés. Elle est douce, bienveillante et met tout de suite en confiance. Je me suis sentie réellement écoutée, soutenue et prise au sérieux tout au long de la séance. Je suis ressortie beaucoup plus détendue, avec un dos déjà plus relâché et surtout un esprit apaisé. Je recommande à 100 %, c’était une super expérience. Merci infiniment Mouna 🩷

Plus que une consultation générale, avec Nafnaf Mouna c'est une analyse attentive des nombreuses petites blessures que j'ai à cause de l'effort auquel je soumis mon corps en tant que danseuse. Elle arrive toujours à identifier les causes principale de mes douleurs et à le traiter en 1 séance. Elle me suis dans mon parcours depuis plusieurs années, avec passion et professionnalisme.

Excellente prise en charge par Mouna, qui a bien pris le temps de discuter avec moi de mes symptômes, de mon historique médical, de mon mode de vie, etc, Elle prend aussi soin d’expliquer les manipulations qu’elle fait et pourquoi elle les fait. Je suis très contente de ma séance avec elle et la recommande.
