  Hi, I have a small Hernia (L5-S1) which pushes on the sciatic nerve. The pain is now extended to the knee/calf/foot. Which is the specialist I should get in contact with?

    As I could'nt personnally assess your real clinical and physical situation, let me introduce two levels of answer to your question so that you can adapt your behaviour to your actual situation:
    
    1- If you feel a loss of strength in your leg, meaning if you can't walk on your heels or toes normally, then you need to go to a doctor to proceed to a proper medical assessment. Although this situation is pretty rare, it requires a quick response and I would recommand to rapidly contact your GP. You also can even contact a neurologist or an orthopedist directly.
    
    2- If your situation presents no loss o...f strength and consists more in pain or disconfort, then you can go to any manual therapist you know or trust, to get a proper treatment. Physiotherapists, osteopath or chiropractors are trained to respond to your problem. Please note that in Belgium, if you want to go to a physiotherapist, you will need a prescription from your GP first.

  Hello, my shoulder is about a few centimeters out of place since i landed on it strangely. My question is how serious this can be since I still have full range of motion although it does feel unstable in certain positions when I do sports and which doctor I need to see to put it back into place.

    First of all, if your shoulder is still out of place i would suggest to avoid practicing any sports until you can do it safely. In order to have a good diagnosis of your situation, the best would be to consult an orthopedic doctor or a doctor specialist in sports.
    
    You might need a relocation of the joint (even though i'm not sure because you have a full range of movement), an assessment of the potential damages and make sure you get the specific cares that are needed according to the outcomes. After that first step, you could need a good rehabilitation to stabilize your shoulder in order to be able to use it safel...y in the future.
