About

I have been practising general and sports physiotherapy since 2021. I specialise in the treatment of :       - Chronic pain       - Shoulder pathologies: painful, traumatic or pre/post-operative       - HMTC (Myotensive Harmonisation of the Head and Neck): TMJ pain, earache, neck pain, tension headaches, etc. As well as physiotherapy, I also give yoga and Pilates classes, either individually or in pairs. These two approaches, which are complementary to physiotherapy, enable you to become more aware of your body and work on strengthening your muscles in depth, so that you regain a toned, mobile body. I base on the latest scientific studies, my practice and my theoretical knowledge to develop a comprehensive approach tailored to each individual and their pathology. The patient takes an active role in his or her rehabilitation, and we work together towards the goal of recovery.
