Ma pratique de psychologue clinicienne d’orientation analytique s’est enrichie par des spécialisations (tests projectifs, Somatic Experiencing, Neuro Affective Relational Model…). Cela me permet de disposer de plusieurs outils afin d’adapter l’accompagnement aux besoins de chaque personne. Je propose, pour les jeunes adultes et les adultes, un espace d’écoute bienveillant et sécurisant, favorisant l’expression et la compréhension des difficultés, ainsi qu’un travail thérapeutique visant à soutenir le développement personnel et les ressources propres à chacun.

Psychologue clinicienne, je partage mon temps entre la liaison en milieu hospitalier et mon activité indépendante au Centre l'Ecrin. Actuellement en cours de formation au troisième cycle en psychothérapie à l'UCLouvain.

Je propose des consultations individuelles pour les adultes (> 18 ans) dans un espace bienveillant et sans jugement. Mon approche se base sur une compréhension profonde de vos besoins, en adaptant chaque séance à votre rythme, vos objectifs et vos émotions du moment.

Les thématiques abordées lors des entretiens sont diverses et variées : gestion émotionnelle, difficultés relationnelles, symptomatologie anxiodépressive, addictions, affections psychosomatiques...

Je m’appelle Severine et je suis maman de deux enfants déjà adolescents maintenant. Diplômée de l’ULB, je suis psychologue clinicienne et sexologue (SSUB). Je travaille en milieu scolaire depuis 20 ans et j’ai aussi une expérience en planning familial, en espace-rencontre ainsi qu’en consultation privée psychologique et sexologique de plus de 10 ans. Je suis passionnée par les relations humaines et particulièrement par cette étape de vie qu’est l’arrivée d’un enfant. C’est une période intense et forte où peuvent revenir à la surface des émotions de notre propre enfance et où chacun doit trouver une nouvelle place dans la famille. Parfois ces changements sont difficiles à vivre. Parfois aussi les choses ne se passent pas comme on l’aurait rêvé (anxiété, dépression, naissance prématurée, handicap, maladie, deuil…) L’intimité et la sexualité du couple sont parfois aussi impactées par la traversée de cette étape si particulière. Toute la sexualité peut y être chamboulée : dans notre rapport à soi et à notre corps, dans notre rapport à l’autre (créant parfois des difficultés de communication et de connexions intimes), ou encore dans ces nouveaux rôles qui s’imposent à nous et nous placent dans un nouvel équilibre familial et intime à construire. Je vous propose un lieu de parole et de soutien dans cette belle aventure. Currently, I am engaged in continuing education to obtain the inter-university certificate in alcoholology. A cognitive-behavioral psychologist, I am trained in hypnosis, sex-functional therapy and psycho-oncology. I receive clients in the following areas Assertiveness problems, anxiety disorders (panic attacks, phobias, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder), burn out, depression, alcoholism, bullying, relationship difficulties, sexual disorders; Support in case of serious illness and bereavement; IQ tests

Systemic therapy teaches us that the symptom "says something" to members of the community (often the family and/or the social-professional milieu) in terms of changing relationships. When did the symptoms emerge? What was happening at that time in the environment, the relational context? What new events have disrupted the balance? The therapy will therefore be interested in present and past relationships in order to understand what, if anything, is being replayed in terms of adjusting emotional distances, affects that have been "affected" and that have triggered the appearance of difficulties, of "ill-being". Offering a guarantee of professional listening equipped by university training and experience is certainly important and primordial, it is the necessary condition for therapy, but in my opinion it is not sufficient. To offer a secure framework by creating a climate of confidence where the humanity which is in each one of us finds its rightful place, such is the state of mind of the consultation. A warm welcome, benevolence, kindness, empathy, non-judgment and unconditional respect for the patient's "experiences" while adopting an unconditional positive attitude towards the person, who he is, are the key words and milestones that must order the "patient-therapist" encounter.
