I specialise in individual counselling for psychosocial questions of all kinds, but in particular for people with Turner syndrome, autism, frail elderly and dementia. During my sessions, you can expect counselling tailored to your needs and at your pace. That is, we discuss together what is the best course of action for you. Your personal experiences that come up during our conversations are the basis for my coaching as a psychologist. It is my intention to offer you a listening ear and from there increase your self-confidence and decisiveness. This allows you to go through life stronger emotionally, physically and mentally.

BRIEF THERAPY.

Licensed clinical psychologist for children, adolescents and families. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Lewis & Clark College (Portland, OR, USA) and a master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology from the Université libre de Bruxelles (Brussels, Belgium). I am in the process of obtaining an additional master's degree in neuropsychology and am training in family and systemic psychotherapy. I offer individual, couple or family follow-up on Monday mornings in Mérode and Thursday afternoons/evenings in Messidor. I also offer consultations at home or by videoconference in certain cases individuals (perinatal care, reduced mobility, hospitalization, etc.) Consultations in French and English, by appointment. I adopt an integrative approach to psychotherapy drawing on different trends including psychoanalysis, systemics and person-centered humanist therapies. The proposed follow-up is co-constructed between the patients and myself in the most human, caring way and adapted to the specific needs of people. Psychologue clinicienne, spécialisée en Thérapie Brève Systémique, je vous accompagne dans le cadre de la gestion des émotions, de l'anxiété, du stress, de problèmes relationnels et affectifs, de difficultés familiales, de dépression, d'accompagnement dans la maladie, dans le deuil... Après des études universitaires en psychologie, j'ai eu envie de me spécialiser dans une approche que je trouve à la fois très ancrée dans le concret et la réalité de la vie actuelle, mais aussi et surtout dans le respect du patient et de sa problématique. Je me suis donc formée en thérapie brève. J'ai trouvé dans ce courant thérapeutique des concepts et des outils efficaces pour pouvoir aider les personnes en souffrance. ​Je suis membre de la Commission des Psychologues de Belgique. Dans la vie privée, je suis mariée et maman de 3 enfants.
