I am a registered clinical psychologist (UCL) and offer humanistically oriented therapeutic care. I specialize in the Person Centered and Experiential approach, within the Association Francophone de Psychothérapie Centrée sur la Personne et Expérientielle (AFPC). I also train on the issue of suicide at the Centre de Prévention du Suicide. I have a particular interest in motivation and how to make it flourish. I am fascinated by human trajectories, each unique. Every journey has obstacles, crossroads, but also shortcuts and detours, as well as ups and downs. Whether it is for a short distance, a precise objective, or for a longer distance, a fundamental work, I propose a quality accompaniment to serenely and fully survey the path which is yours. Here are some difficulties in which you could find yourself: Addictions with or without products, loss of control, obsessive thoughts Dark thoughts, ruminations, loneliness, isolation, depressive feelings Indecision, loss of motivation, search for meaning, creativity at half-mast Relational difficulties, conflicting management of emotions Stress, diffuse or acute anxiety, feeling of inadequacy ... I personally appreciate having emotional regulation tools from meditation and mindfulness at my disposal. They allow one to make a new connection to one's body and mind. However, it is up to each individual to find the solutions that suit him or her best. I place particular importance on creating a solid therapeutic relationship, marked by trust and benevolence.
