Who am I? If this question seems simple on the surface, it actually encompasses a subtle mix of meanings, values, representations, experiences, images, skills and much more. It seems very difficult to answer this question in a few lines, but that is what I am going to do in order to give you the most accurate picture possible of the therapist that I am. My experience has shown me that the difficulties encountered by individuals are often linked to relational and emotional axes. I apply effective psychotherapy techniques to help patients understand themselves and to encourage them to adopt new attitudes in the face of the challenges they face. I approach the difficulties encountered by my patients through a systemic axis that includes all of your inter-personal relationships as well as through a more behavioral axis that will aim to focus on your thought patterns, in other words, your way of perceiving and interpreting the world around you. I also use Ericksonian hypnosis which allows me to work very effectively on a set of daily difficulties with a focus on your emotional feelings rather than your personal history. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic formula that will instantly solve all your problems, but a process that requires as much investment from the patient as from the therapist. In the end, small changes such as learning to deal with feelings of sadness or fear can lead to big wins. I seek to foster your own reflection and resources so that you can reconnect with yourself. My approach to therapy advocates a non-pathological reading of your experience in order to work collaboratively with you in a trusting relationship for the short or long term depending on your needs. With a Master's degree in Public Law and Political Science, I decided to complete my training with a degree in Clinical Psychology in order to be able to be closer to the difficulties of the people I accompany. I am also trained in Ericksonian Hypnosis, a diploma certified by l'Arche, Paris, and also in Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), a diploma from the psychiatry department of the Brugmann Hospital, in order to be able to help couples and families effectively. Concerning my passions, I am a dancer and musician, music producer, beatmaker, multi-instrumentalist. Dance and music are for me two privileged means of expression with considerable resources.

Psychologue clinicienne (ULB) et psychothérapeute (IFISAM) depuis près de 20 ans, je travaille et continue de me former selon les orientations analytique et systémique. Je reçois des enfants (dès 4 ans), des adolescents et leurs parents, ainsi que des adultes.

Je consulte pour de nombreux types de problématiques : difficultés de comportement, de développement et scolaires, anxiété, déprime, séparations difficiles, problèmes relationnels dans la famille, problématiques adolescentaires, identitaires, questions existentielles, difficultés professionnelles,...

Parallèlement à cette pratique privée, je travaille depuis une quinzaine d’années comme psychologue en milieu scolaire (tous niveaux d’enseignement et dans différents milieux socio-économiques).

Madame De Cock a suivi de nombreuses formations afin d'avoir une approche globale et le recul nécessaire pour apporter une solution adaptée à ses patients. Elle a d'abord suivi une formation à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en Psychologie clinique pour être diplômé en 2013; puis a choisi de poursuivre un cursus à Ichec Entreprise pour développer des compétence de management; enfin, de 2016 à 2019 elle a rejoint le CFNA où elle a été diplômé en Psychologie systémique (2016), Ostéopathie bio-énergétique (2017), Nutrithérapie (2019). Toutes ces formations lui permettent d'apporter les meilleures solutions possibles à ses patients. I am a psychologist and psychotherapist, and am trained in brief therapy, hypnosis and systemic therapy. I see adolescents, adults and couples for consultations that last between 45 and 60 minutes. Here are some issues that might prompt you to come to me: separation, difficult bereavement, unhappiness, depression, burn-out at work or in the family, anxiety, phobia, experiencing chronic pain, complicated and/or abusive family relationships, trauma, communication difficulties, feelings of isolation, dropping out of school, ...

Systemic psychologist with "one foot in mental health, one foot in the working world", my services are intended for any adult who wishes to... * To know themselves better * To get support in case of personal difficulties: malaise, lack of self-confidence, emotional management, hypersensitivity, domestic violence, high potential... Individual interviews (face-to-face or videoconference) or thematic modules in groups. In a caring environment, during interactive exchanges based on the systemic approach and/or art therapy. These two approaches are used separately or in a complementary way, according to the preferences and needs of the person who solicits me. Both approaches focus on resources (internal, relational, professional, creative...), and each one allows me to highlight, support and strengthen these same resources with the people and groups who call upon me.
