Formé en psychologie cognitive et comportementale à l'UCL, je me suis spécialisé dans la psychiatrie adulte et plus particulièrement de la réinsertion sociale et professionnelle.

Je travaille également avec les jeunes, les accompagnant dans des problématiques entre autres liées à l'assuétudes, aux conflits familiaux, relationnels, à l'orientation scolaire.

Mon approche, basée sur l'écoute active, combine empathie et pragmatisme pour les aider à faire des choix éclairés et à surmonter leurs difficultés en mobilisant leurs ressources.

En parallèle, j'apporte un soutien aux familles confrontées aux addictions. Mon accompagnement vise à renforcer la communication familiale et mettre en place des stratégies adaptées à chaque situation.
