As a state-licensed clinical psychologist, I offer individual sessions for adults in two centers located in the heart of the European quarter, La Maison PsyCol (of which I am the coordinator) and the CITHE (Centre International de Thérapies).
As the coordinator of La Maison PsyCol, I also offer therapeutic orientation sessions, designed to help individuals find the right therapist and the right approach within a network of more than 60 therapists offering more than 15 approaches in more than 12 languages.
Fueled by an endless curiosity about our potential as human beings, I began my journey as a neuroscientist at the University of Freiburg, studying the effects of meditation on the brain. My desire to support others in their personal growth then led me to the practice of psychotherapy. Since 2019, I have practiced as a clinical psychologist in different public mental health services and since 2024, I have shifted entirely to offering therapy in private practice.
My training includes person-centered psychotherapy, trauma therapy, yoga therapy, and a particular expertise in essential psychotherapy - an innovative approach integrates practices from contemplative wisdom traditions with psychotherapy. Since 2024, I’ve also had the pleasure of giving workshops at the Institute of Essential Psychotherapy. Additionally, my professional life has been enriched by collaborations and actions supporting neurodiverse communities.
Whether you’re looking to explore specific questions, overcome challenges, address deeper suffering (depression, anxiety, isolation, grief, trauma, etc.), or pursue a journey of personal growth and development, you are warmly welcomed into a space free of judgment and pressure.
Here are some themes that might inspire you to consider a consultation:
• Personal growth and fulfillment
• Stress management and burnout prevention
• Building meaningful and enriching relationships
• Healing from traumatic experiences
• Reducing anxiety and cultivating inner calm
• Strengthening self-assertiveness and self-esteem
• Developing emotional balance
• Thriving in neurodiversity
• Support during grief processes
• Meditation guidance and integrated spirituality
• Integration of psychedelic and/or mystical experiences
Passionate about the wisdom inherent in our emotions, I pay particular attention to exploring and understanding feelings so they can inform our choices toward a richer and more fulfilling life. Experiential approaches such as focusing (body awareness work), mindfulness (finding calm amidst turmoil), and compassion-based practices (inner child work, internal family systems) deeply inspire my practice. I am also trained in various trauma approaches (EMDR, imaginative methods, systemic methods).
I continue to study and engage in various therapy trainings. As the coordinator of La Maison PsyCol, I also organize and participate in the weekly peer-group intervisions with fellow therapists. To ensure the highest professional and ethical standards, I am also committed to bi-weekly individual supervisions with a senior person-centered therapist.
If you feel uncertain about this process, don’t hesitate to contact me by phone or email. I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have.
