As a clinical psychologist with a cognitive-behavioral approach, I accompany you so that you can regain your well-being while remaining attentive to your needs and requests. My practice is based on active listening, benevolence and empathy. I consult on Tuesday afternoons from 1 to 5 pm, Thursday mornings from 9 am to 1 pm and one Saturday morning per month. The first session lasts 1 hour and the follow-up is 45 minutes. I have several tools at my disposal in order to help you in the difficulties you encounter.
