Psychologue clinicienne diplômée de l’UCLouvain, je propose des consultations individuelles pour adultes. Mon accompagnement s’adresse aux personnes qui traversent une période difficile, souffrent d’anxiété, de stress, de difficultés relationnelles ou de questionnements personnels. Dans un cadre bienveillant, je vous accueille afin de vous aider à mieux comprendre ce que vous traversez et à mobiliser vos ressources pour avancer.

J’accorde une place centrale à la relation thérapeutique, considérant la rencontre et le lien comme des leviers essentiels du changement. La thérapie est un travail à deux, un chemin à parcourir ensemble, au rythme et selon les besoins de la personne que j’accompagne.

Mon approche s’appuie sur des outils issus de pratiques psychothérapeutiques validées, tout en restant attentive à l’unicité de chaque personne. Je m’inscris également dans une démarche de formation continue, afin de faire évoluer et d’enrichir ma pratique au service des personnes que j’accompagne.

Étant inscrite à la Commission des psychologues, je vous fournis à la fin de chaque séance un reçu officiel et une attestation pour votre mutuelle. Cette dernière vous permet d’obtenir, selon votre mutuelle, un remboursement partiel du montant de la séance.

I accompany you at your own pace, in welcoming and exploring your difficulties and resources, in connection with your history. Body awareness work (breathing, movement, voice) helps you to reconnect to yourself (sensations, emotions) and to release tensions. Verbalization and analysis allow you to make sense of your experience and to integrate the desired changes into your daily life. Individual or couple coaching: as a Marriage and Family Counselor, the relationship is at the heart of my practice. I offer support to explore together the different aspects of your relationship: identity, intimacy, sexuality, roles, parenting,... so that together you can find what suits you best. Support for which requests? o Problems and suffering in the relational, affective and sexual sphere. o Questions of parenthood. o Suffering at work, burnout situation, feeling of impasse. o Questioning about the life project/professional project. o Questions of identity, of the place and limits of self/others. o Hypersensitivity. Symptoms can be overwhelming emotions, anxiety and depressive disorders, stress, chronic tension, self-esteem disorders, etc.

Many preconceived ideas still surround the profession of psychologist, but consulting a psychologist does not mean being crazy, being sick or being weak, on the contrary. To consult a psychologist is to be aware of your difficulties and to accept that a professional will accompany you through a difficult time in your life.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I integrate this approach with other brief therapies to which I have been trained. Among others, Trauma-Focused Therapies such as EMDR, Exposure Therapy. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing… So, I will offer you a tailor-made approach that fits your needs. Over the last 7 years of field experience, I have been able to support people in suffering in various contexts (psychological crisis interventions, penitentiary environments, hospitals and consulting rooms). My consultations cover a wide range of psychopathologies. As a neuroscientist fascinated by the human brain, I approached the complexity and delicacy of the psyche by participating in research projects, training and working as a neuropsychologist, notably through cognitive assessments to assess certain disorders. neurodivergents such as, for example, attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity (ADHD). Je m’appelle Severine et je suis maman de deux enfants déjà adolescents maintenant. Diplômée de l’ULB, je suis psychologue clinicienne et sexologue (SSUB). Je travaille en milieu scolaire depuis 20 ans et j’ai aussi une expérience en planning familial, en espace-rencontre ainsi qu’en consultation privée psychologique et sexologique de plus de 10 ans. Je suis passionnée par les relations humaines et particulièrement par cette étape de vie qu’est l’arrivée d’un enfant. C’est une période intense et forte où peuvent revenir à la surface des émotions de notre propre enfance et où chacun doit trouver une nouvelle place dans la famille. Parfois ces changements sont difficiles à vivre. Parfois aussi les choses ne se passent pas comme on l’aurait rêvé (anxiété, dépression, naissance prématurée, handicap, maladie, deuil…) L’intimité et la sexualité du couple sont parfois aussi impactées par la traversée de cette étape si particulière. Toute la sexualité peut y être chamboulée : dans notre rapport à soi et à notre corps, dans notre rapport à l’autre (créant parfois des difficultés de communication et de connexions intimes), ou encore dans ces nouveaux rôles qui s’imposent à nous et nous placent dans un nouvel équilibre familial et intime à construire. Je vous propose un lieu de parole et de soutien dans cette belle aventure.
