As a clinical psychologist, I want to create a space where you feel free to express your thoughts, feelings, and experiences confidentially and without fear of judgment. My goal is to provide safe and inclusive support, respectful of diversity (LGBTQIAP+ friendly). I firmly believe in the uniqueness of each individual and in the need to adapt therapy to your specific needs, pace and personal goals. My therapeutic approach is based on active collaboration, inviting you to participate fully in the development of the therapeutic plan in order to promote your personal development. We will work closely together, emphasizing empathy, trust and mutual respect, to define clear objectives and find solutions tailored to your situation. My role is to support you, listen to you attentively and guide you towards an optimal state of well-being. Each approach I take is tailored to your specific situation. During the first consultation, I carry out a systematic history by discussing your needs and objectives with you in order to define how we could shape the journey towards your well-being. If necessary, I can also direct you to other specialized professionals corresponding to more specific or complex issues. I am registered with the Commission of Psychologists. You can therefore benefit from partial reimbursement for psychological consultation sessions, in accordance with the conditions established by your mutual insurance company. My area of ​​expertise is focused on adults, as individuals, as a couple or as a family, from the age of 18. Currently, I am engaged in continuing education to obtain the inter-university certificate in alcoholology. My clinical practice mainly involves the following themes: • depressive disorders and symptoms • relational difficulties • alcohol dependence • bereavement • suicidal ideas • anxiety disorders

Each person’s healing path is unique, and my approach is rooted in empathy, creativity, and evidence-based techniques, helping you navigate challenges with self-compassion and resilience.

With a multicultural background and multiple experiences abroad, I would like to let me guide you through different processes of reconnecting with one’s self, understanding your path, overcoming challenges in your everyday life, going through an overwhelming period, wanting to communicate better with your partner, approaching burnout, or experiencing high levels of anxiety or depression. 

Psychologue clinicienne agréée, je complète ma formation avec une spécialisation en psychothérapie intégrative. Cette approche s'inspire de plusieurs courants de la psychologie en privilégiant les méthodes validées scientifiquement, notamment empruntées à la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC). Le choix des outils et des objectifs se fait avec vous, en fonction de vos besoins et préférences, et seront réévalués au fil du suivi. Je propose un suivi bienveillant et dénué de jugement afin d'accompagner toute personne faisant face à des difficultés dans son parcours de vie. J'ai pu acquérir de l'expérience dans le travail avec les adolescents, les jeunes adultes et les adultes. Je reçois toute personne à partir de 15 ans.

As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. I receive teenagers and adults individually for 45 minutes, either for a one-time meeting or for a long-term follow-up.
