Professional difficulties: suffering at work, stress, burn-out, harassment, covid context... * A space just for oneself (oxygen bubble) How? Individual interviews (face-to-face or videoconference) or thematic modules in groups. In a caring environment, during interactive exchanges based on the systemic approach and/or art therapy. These two approaches are used separately or in a complementary way, according to the preferences and needs of the person who solicits me. Both approaches focus on resources (internal, relational, professional, creative...), and each one allows me to highlight, support and strengthen these same resources with the people and groups who call upon me.

Hello, I am an approved and supervised clinical psychologist, with a master’s degree from the Free University of Brussels. Trained in the impact of the COVID pandemic, in supporting people experiencing burnout and in psychological assessments, I offer follow-up in French or English to adults and teenagers. My therapeutic approach is intended to be inclusive and active both in listening and in discussions, it is part of an integrative approach and adapts to your pace. Together we create your space for speech and security in an empathetic and caring framework. In sessions, if necessary, I use various media to support expression, such as metaphors, photo-expression, role-playing, Dixit or even drawing. In person or by video conference, you choose the place that suits you best to meet. I welcome you Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and every other Saturday until 6 p.m. at my office located in the Ama Sana center, rue Borrens n° 37 in 1050 Ixelles or by video consultation .

Psychologue clinicienne, je suis diplômée d’un master en psychologie de l’enfant, de l’adolescent et de la famille à l’UCLouvain. Au centre Anima Corpus, je propose des suivis individuels pour les enfants à partir de 5 ans ainsi que pour les adolescents.

J’ai à cœur d’accueillir chaque enfant et chaque adolescent dans un espace bienveillant et sécurisant, où ils peuvent se sentir libres d’être pleinement eux-mêmes, tant dans leurs ressources que dans leurs fragilités.

Chaque enfant, chaque adolescent étant unique, je veille à adapter mon accompagnement au rythme et à la sensibilité de chacun. J’utilise différentes médiations telles que le jeu, le dessin, les cartes, les livres ou encore d’autres outils créatifs qui favorisent l’expression et accompagnent le jeune dans l’exploration de ses émotions, de ses sensations et de ses besoins.

Je suis membre de la Commission des Psychologues, disposant du VISA et de l'agrément. Un remboursement partiel des consultations est donc possible via votre mutuelle.
