En qualité de psychothérapeute ayant un master en psychologie clinique de l'ULB et des formations universitaires en hypnose, EMDR, traumatologie et victimologie, je vous propose un espace de rencontre thérapeutique dans mon cabinet du Square Vergote (ou en vidéoconférence, sous certaines conditions). 


Je suis également formée à la Thérapie de la Reconsolidation selon la méthode Brunet. Il s’agit d’une thérapie brève qui agit sur le reconsolidation de la mémoire émotionnelle suite à un traumatisme. Le professeur Alain Brunet développe un protocole inédit de 6 semaines visant à transformer un souvenir traumatique en un banal mauvais souvenir. La Thérapie de la Reconsolidation est un espoir pour les personnes qui souffrent d’un état de stress post-traumatique (ESPT). 


Osez le pas de la première rencontre, regardons ensemble ce qui vous questionne, vous touche, vous interpelle. Que ce soit du trauma, du deuil, de la peine de cœur ou autre(s), ce que vous vivez compte et nous pouvons en parler. 


La consultation est ouverte à toute personne de 8 à 108 ans. Il s'agit d'une consultation individuelle, un moment pour vous, un moment à vous.
