- In psychotherapy I made a thesis called "Recovery" because with every psychotherapeutic intervention it must first be checked whether the person is strong enough to be able to follow therapy. With Burnout, CFS, insomnia and many other disorders, there is a shortage of substances in the body to function optimally. We will then first supplement those deficiencies with nutritional supplementation before we can start therapy. We want to stabilize the patient and then we have to start from scratch. Many people are exhausted emotionally, mentally and physically. That way you can't confront let alone integrate. We must first provide a solid framework for friends, finances, working conditions, .. and of course the necessary vitamins, minerals, .. supplement deficiencies before we can start therapy. How you work on this recovery is the theme of my thesis. Furthermore, as a final project for my training as a Classical Homeopath at the CKH in Leuven, I made and tested a new homeopathic remedy. It is a product from the moss family and has since been included in the Plant Book of Jan Scholten from the Netherlands.
