My name is Lycia and I’m a psychologist and a certified psychosomatic therapist with a holistic and integrative approach. I feel dedicated to helping my patients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and mental transitions in the most efficient and clear way possible, guiding that which feels the need to be transformed, balanced and/or aligned in order to move on or better yet: through!

I have a background in clinical psychology, with a major in neuropsychology and specifications in integrative, nutritional and holistic therapy.

-your body within your healing journey are some key tools I can use, although not limited to in order to dive (psychosomatic)
