Personal Transformation Coach, blending life coaching, emotional freedom techniques, energy therapy, and mentoring, I help individuals realign themselves to restore harmony in their personal, relational, and/or professional lives and reorganize their lives accordingly.

-> I also specialize in helping individuals with ADHD thrive and find fulfillment by embracing their unique way of functioning and developing a personalized organization system if necessary. This is included in the 3month reconnection support program.

Couples Coaching & Therapy

In addition to individual sessions, I also guide couples through a transformational journey. The goal is to create a more balanced and harmonious relationship together, where each partner can shine while working through challenges, conflicts, and communication issues. I can also do individual sessions alongside couple sessions, allowing each person to work on themselves also in a holistic way. Indeed, others, including your partner, can often mirror certain inner wounds. Through this awareness, both can grow and evolve together.
