David Léonard is a physiotherapist, specialized in sports physiotherapy. He receives you at his private practice (Sombreffe) and travels to your home. He attaches great importance to training (sports physiotherapy, Trigger Points, and currently in muscle chains and orthopedic manual therapy) and has accumulated experience in the follow-up of sportsmen and women, whether in the office or in clubs (soccer, rugby). Osteopath Alice Ducarme graduated in 2013 from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve with a degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. She will finish her Osteopathy studies at the IAO (The International Academy Of Osteopathy) in January 2021. She receives her patients in consultation at the Ducarme-Gustin practice in Woluwé-Saint-Lambert every Monday, Tuesday morning, Thursday and Friday morning. Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Laura Bousson is a professional osteopath since 2017. She studied respectively at the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve and at the International Academy Of osteopathy. Her different trainings have earned her a Master's degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation since 2012 and a D.O. Osteopathy diploma in 2017. During her training, Laura Bousson had to realize a thesis on the impact of smoking behavior on perioperative complications in physical therapy. She also completed a dissertation on osteopathic treatment in the management of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. To reinforce her skills, Laura Bousson has worked in several practices and structures. These include a personal practice in Jette BXL, Womens Medical Center, Cabinet Jasmine Leleu. She is also a teacher and assistant at the International Academy of Osteopathy. Laura Bousson is specialized in General Osteopathy, Pre- and Post-natal Osteopathy and Pediatric Osteopathy. Committed to her passion for osteopathy, she occasionally writes articles on her blog to pass on information to patients. She also supervises theses at the International Academy of Osteopathy.
