I am a physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from Poland and an Advanced Master's in Manual Therapy from VUB Brussels. I am passionate about manual therapy and dry needling, and I enjoy helping patients relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve their overall well-being.

Hortense Kerebel, physiotherapist welcomes you to her office in Merode located in Etterbeek as well as to the City Clinic Louise in Ixelles. Hortense practices general physiotherapy (orthopedic, traumatological and rheumatological pathologies as well as neurological revalidation, treatment of cardio-respiratory disorders as well as musculoskeletal conditions, etc.). Trained in myo-aponeurotic hooking, Hortense is dynamic and keen to offer each person an individualized and holistic treatment.

Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Depuis deux ans, j’assure le suivi de joueurs et joueuses au club de rugby à XV du Boitsfort Rugby Club. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer une approche centrée sur la prévention des blessures et sur la performance athlétique. 

Mes traitements reposent sur le mouvement et la compréhension des symptômes afin de vous rendre acteur de votre rééducation. Benjamin Gueudin, kinésithérapeute diplômé de la Haute École Ilya Prigogine de Bruxelles, vous accueille dans son cabinet au centre medcare à Beersel. Benjamin a développé une expertise dans le traitement des troubles musculosquelettiques et des blessures sportives et pratique une kinésithérapie générale (pathologies orthopédiques, traumatologiques, rhumatologiques et musculosquelettiques). Holder of a master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the Free University of Brussels in 2016, I was able to work in different establishments (rest home, polyclinic and medical homes) and with different age groups including adolescents, adults and seniors. I am dedicated, attentive to my patients and very involved in understanding the bio-psycho-social aspect of any pathology in order to ensure optimal treatment. Professionalism, respect, dynamism and good humor are the pillars on which my care is based. I also work with people suffering from musculoskeletal pathologies (sprains, contusions, bursitis, tendinopathy, herniated discs), traumatological (fractures, dislocations), rheumatological (low back pain, neck pain, fibromyalgia), respiratory (respiratory revalidation in adults), neurological (rehabilitation after a transient ischemic attack TIA or cerebrovascular accident CVA), circulatory (lymphedema, venous insufficiency), vestibular (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo BPPV) and disorders of the TMJ temporomandibular joint (bruxism, masseteritis). Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie au Parnasse-ISEI, je pratique la kinésithérapie générale et sportive. Passionné par le domaine du sport, je me suis naturellement orienté vers les prises en charge liées au système musculo-squelettique (ortho-trauma-sport). Je reçois également pour des prises en charge générale.

Je suis actuellement en cours de formation longue en kinésithérapie du sport.

Diplômé d'un Master en kinésithérapie en 2024 à la HELB (Haute Ecole libre de Bruxelles) passionné par le corps humain et le mouvement, je vous accompagne tout au long de votre revalidation. Ensemble, nous mettons en place un bilan complet et nous élaborons ensuite un plan de traitement progressif, adapté à vos besoins et basé sur des principes fondés.
