Démangeaisons et picotements après antibiotique pour infection urinaire, que faire ?

Bonjour, j'ai pris un antibiotique pour une infection urinaire deux fois par jour pendant 5 jours. Dès que j'ai terminé l'antibiotique dimanche, j'ai commencé à ressentir des démangeaisons et des picotements dans la région sensible, et hier j'ai remarqué que je libérais certains fluides vaginaux mais leur forme était comme du "fromage" et inodore... Je pense que c'est une infection vaginale candidose. Que dois-je faire ?
