Ma pratique s’inscrit dans une approche centrée sur la personne, respectueuse de son rythme, de son histoire et de ses ressources. Je considère que chaque symptôme a un sens et que le travail thérapeutique se construit avant tout dans une relation de confiance.

Je propose un espace de parole où il est possible de déposer ce qui pèse, de mettre des mots sur ce qui est confus, et d’avancer progressivement vers une meilleure compréhension de soi, un apaisement émotionnel et un mieux-être durable.

Licensed clinical psychologist for children, adolescents and families. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Lewis & Clark College (Portland, OR, USA) and a master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology from the Université libre de Bruxelles (Brussels, Belgium). I am in the process of obtaining an additional master's degree in neuropsychology and am training in family and systemic psychotherapy. I offer individual, couple or family follow-up on Monday mornings in Mérode and Thursday afternoons/evenings in Messidor. I also offer consultations at home or by videoconference in certain cases individuals (perinatal care, reduced mobility, hospitalization, etc.) Consultations in French and English, by appointment. I adopt an integrative approach to psychotherapy drawing on different trends including psychoanalysis, systemics and person-centered humanist therapies. The proposed follow-up is co-constructed between the patients and myself in the most human, caring way and adapted to the specific needs of people. Ms. Kints is a psychologist with over 10 years of experience. She is a clinical psychologist and offers consultations for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. She has a degree in psychology obtained in 2000, as well as a diploma of complementary studies obtained in 2001. She is also specialized as a family and couple therapist. She is a member of several associations and also performs psychotherapy thanks to her various trainings. With more than 10 years of experience in family planning and in private practice, she will be happy to receive you and help you during the consultations she offers in her private practice in Braine-Le-Château.

Je suis psychologue clinicien spécialisé en Thérapie d’Acceptation et d’Engagement (ACT). Who am I? If this question seems simple on the surface, it actually encompasses a subtle mix of meanings, values, representations, experiences, images, skills and much more. It seems very difficult to answer this question in a few lines, but that is what I am going to do in order to give you the most accurate picture possible of the therapist that I am. My experience has shown me that the difficulties encountered by individuals are often linked to relational and emotional axes. I apply effective psychotherapy techniques to help patients understand themselves and to encourage them to adopt new attitudes in the face of the challenges they face. I approach the difficulties encountered by my patients through a systemic axis that includes all of your inter-personal relationships as well as through a more behavioral axis that will aim to focus on your thought patterns, in other words, your way of perceiving and interpreting the world around you. I also use Ericksonian hypnosis which allows me to work very effectively on a set of daily difficulties with a focus on your emotional feelings rather than your personal history. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic formula that will instantly solve all your problems, but a process that requires as much investment from the patient as from the therapist. In the end, small changes such as learning to deal with feelings of sadness or fear can lead to big wins. I seek to foster your own reflection and resources so that you can reconnect with yourself. My approach to therapy advocates a non-pathological reading of your experience in order to work collaboratively with you in a trusting relationship for the short or long term depending on your needs. With a Master's degree in Public Law and Political Science, I decided to complete my training with a degree in Clinical Psychology in order to be able to be closer to the difficulties of the people I accompany. I am also trained in Ericksonian Hypnosis, a diploma certified by l'Arche, Paris, and also in Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), a diploma from the psychiatry department of the Brugmann Hospital, in order to be able to help couples and families effectively. Concerning my passions, I am a dancer and musician, music producer, beatmaker, multi-instrumentalist. Dance and music are for me two privileged means of expression with considerable resources.

Joignable par téléphone. Après avoir été Coordinatrice d'une institution psychiatrique pendant 10 ans, ma pratique se poursuit essentiellement dans le privé. Diplômée en psychologie à ULB depuis 20 ans, formée en psychothérapie psychanalytique analytique adulte à Chapelle-aux-Champs (UCL) depuis 13 ans, et en formation continue au sein d’une école de psychanalyse, ma pratique professionnelle s’est développée dans des institutions psychiatriques mais aussi dans des services de consultations (Service de Santé Mentale).

Je reçois des adultes et des adolescents pour différentes problématiques:
