Psychologue clinicienne d’orientation systémique, je propose des thérapies individuelles pour les enfants, les adolescents et les jeunes adultes. Je suis depuis toujours passionnée par l’enfant et la place qu’il occupe au sein de sa famille et de son environnement. Dès lors, je rencontre des patients présentant différentes souffrances émotionnelles telles que des angoisses, des problèmes relationnels intra-familiales (conflits, séparation, pertes, traumas, …) et/ou avec les paires, des problèmes liés à l’image de soi et/ou des autres, des troubles alimentaires, des troubles du sommeil, etc. Ma porte d’entrée pour un échange thérapeutique avec les petits patients se fait par le jeu, les dessins, les images et les mises en scène. Une observation et une écoute bienveillante de ces enfants me permettent d’approcher la compréhension de ces derniers et de leur monde ainsi que les liens qu’ils entretiennent avec leur famille, l’école et les difficultés qu’ils rencontrent. L’objectif thérapeutique avec les adolescents et les jeunes adultes est d’ouvrir un espace de parole sécurisant et créatif permettant l’expression du vécu émotionnel en toute liberté et confidentialité. Le cheminement progressif du suivi et la mobilisation des ressources du patient vise dès lors une réappropriation des clefs d’un bien-être psychologique. A psychologist by training, I began training in hippotherapy and animal mediation at the beginning of my master's degree. During my studies I was particularly interested in issues such as harassment, palliative care, parenthood and disability. I continue to educate myself in these different areas through various trainings. I work in a therapy center from Monday to Saturday in Chaumont-Gistoux and in parallel I participate in the implementation and supervision of the pedagogical project of the Asbl Rire et grandir which welcomes children from 0 to 5 years old. Different issues can be worked on during therapy sessions: -disability -burn-out -palliative care -support in the face of illness -mourning support -harassment -personal development

Je suis Yamina, psychologue clinicienne diplômée en psychologie clinique de l'adulte. J'accompagne les adolescent(e)s et les adultes en proposant un suivi thérapeutique basé sur une approche combinant la thérapie centrée sur la personne et les méthodes cognitives et comportementales (TCC).

Je place l'écoute active, l'empathie et la bienveillance au centre de mes interventions afin de créer un espace sécurisant où chacun peut s'exprimer librement et avancer à son propre rythme.

La thérapie centrée sur la personne repose sur l'empathie, l'authenticité et une considération positive inconditionnelle. Elle vise à vous aider à prendre conscience de vos ressources personnelles pour surmonter vos difficultés, dans un climat de confiance et d'acceptation.

Les TCC, quant à elles, offrent des outils concrets pour identifier et modifier les pensées et comportements qui peuvent maintenir ou aggraver vos difficultés. Cette approche orientée vers l'action permet de trouver des solutions adaptées et de développer des stratégies pour mieux faire face aux obstacles et aux situations complexes du quotidien.

After graduating in clinical psychology at the ULB, Florianne Siegrist trained in family and systemic therapy at the CEFS (Center for Family and System Studies), then in brief therapy and hypnosis with Thierry Melchior. She has also been trained in RTP (Reassociative Trauma Psychotherapy) with Gerald Brassine. She consults in French, English and receives school children, teenagers, adults, couples and families in her private practice in Dion le Val, near Wavre and Louvain la Neuve. I mainly support children and adolescents with cognitive, behavioral and/or academic difficulties (ADHD, HPI, learning disabilities), as well as their parents. I also accompany university students for work methodology sessions. I carry out intellectual, attentional and/or neuropsychological assessments for children/teenagers and adults. I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology obtained from the Free University of Brussels in 2021, and a master's degree in Neuropsychology obtained from the University of Maastricht in 2022. I attach great importance to continuing education in order to continue to learn new things and improve my practice. I am trained in parental guidance (CPIM), in mental management and metacognition (work methodology), and I am currently completing a 2-year university course at the University of Liège in Cognitive Intervention. I worked as a neuropsychologist in a primary healthcare center in Namur in 2022 following an internship in infant-juvenile neuropsychology, and I have currently been practicing since January 2023 in a multidisciplinary neuropediatric center (La Manivelle) in Brabant Walloon. I have been working since March 2023 every Wednesday at the Mimosa-Churchill center and welcome you there with pleasure. Ik ben een erkend klinisch psycholoog. Sinds mijn afstuderen als Master in de Klinische Psychologie in 2008, heb ik ervaring opgedaan in de ziekenhuizen (oncologie, hematologie, pijnkliniek, obesitaskliniek, diabeteskliniek, fysische geneeskunde, geriatrie, neurologie, revalidatie,...) en in de privésector waar ik crisisinterventies verzorgde bij traumatische gebeurtenissen en EAP-trajecten (Employee Assistance Program) deed voor medewerkers van bedrijven en overheden. Ik begeleidde hen bij werk- als privégerelateerde problemen zoals stress en burn-out, verlies van een naaste, mentale problemen,... . Die brede achtergrond, ervaring en interesse neem ik dan ook mee in mijn praktijk.

Soms loopt het leven gewoon anders dan je had verwacht. Je voelt je uit balans, weet niet goed welke richting je uit wil of kan, of je zit met vragen waar je zelf niet meteen antwoorden op vindt. Of het nu gaat over verlies, ouderschap, ziekte, stress op het werk, tegenslag, spanningen of het gevoel vast te zitten, je hoeft er niet alleen door.

Ik werk met methodieken uit de Acceptance and Commitment Therapie (ACT) in combinatie met de Oplossingsgerichte Therapie en Cognitieve Gedragstherapie. Daarnaast verlies ik nooit het grotere geheel namelijk jouw omgeving uit het oog. Zelf woon ik samen met mijn partner en 2 kinderen.
