Psychologist Véronique Minet welcomes you to her office in Nandrin (4550) where she will provide you with conventionnal consultations. Her consultations are a perfect match for adolescents, bullying, family therapy, school dropout, anxiety disorders, self-esteem, emotional management and many more. You are in good hands.

Psychologue clinicienne diplômée de l’université Libre de Bruxelles, agréée par la Commission des Psychologues et détentrice du visa clinicien, je suis spécialisée dans le suivi d’enfants, d’adolescents et de familles. 

J’accompagne les jeunes et/ou leurs familles à retrouver de la créativité et du mouvement lorsqu’il est devenu difficile de bouger et de se penser. Mon orientation est systémique mais j’utilise aussi des outils d’autres courants et disciplines comme la psychologie humaniste, la gestalt, la TCC, le dessin ou encore le théâtre. 

Grâce à mes diverses formations et expériences professionnelles, j’ai approfondi mes connaissances sur :

– La neuroatypie (TSA, TDA/H, HP, etc) ; 

– Les troubles psychotiques ;

– Les troubles anxieux ;

– Les troubles de l’humeur ;

– Les problèmes relationnels (liés à la famille, au milieu scolaire…).

I strive to support initiatives that encourage personal growth. My work is synonymous with supporting your journey. My approach involves hypnosis, an excellent tool for desensitizing, healing emotional and traumatic pain, or even strengthening what you already have.

Together, we can explore your questions, find solutions to the difficulties you are experiencing, develop your emotional and communication skills, initiate change, establish benchmarks, or simply find someone to listen and provide support—in individual, couple, or family consultations. Whether you have a vague or precise idea of ​​what you want to discuss, you will find a place where you can speak freely and with support, in a protected environment*.

I truly believe that when we assume responsibility over our own emotions and are willing to make changes to feel better, committing to therapy can help us heal and grow. One of my personal strengths for my own work and development, besides my studies in psychology and multiple trainings, has been my psychotherapy process. I could invest on this journey of self- awareness and personal growth a period of four years. With these resources I can kindly give you a hand and accompany you to direct your life in the way that you wish for. I believe in the power of developing a higher self esteem and the personal work with your own emotions as a first step in your growth process.

Portée par un profond intérêt pour l’humain et ses fonctionnements, j’ai naturellement choisi la voie de la psychologie. Engagée et bienveillante, j'ai toujours eu à cœur les relations humaines et le soin de l’autre.

Mon approche s’inscrit dans une vision humaniste de la psychothérapie. J’y intègre la parole, le travail psychocorporel, la relation thérapeutique et l’EMDR. Ainsi je m’adapte et cherche à répondre au mieux aux besoins de chacun.

Convaincue de l’importance d’une approche holistique, je m’efforce de considérer chaque patient dans toutes les dimensions de son vécu. Lorsque cela est pertinent, je n’hésite pas à travailler en réseau pour offrir un accompagnement cohérent et complet.
