Via krachtgerichte gesprekken, cognitief-gedragstherapeutische én ervaringsgerichte technieken tracht ik jou een boost te geven om jouw eigen vaardigheden te (her)ontdekken, zodat je zelf opnieuw richting kan geven aan jouw (werk)traject. Een sessie binnen de veilige omgeving van een groepspraktijk biedt ruimte en rust waardoor stil gestaan wordt bij zowel de problemen als de mogelijkheden. Dit kan zowel op een louter verhalende en sprekende wijze als op een meer creatieve manier gebeuren, steeds in samenspraak en op maat van de cliënt. Tijdens deze sessies wordt gewerkt volgens de principes van integratieve therapie. Psychologue clinicienne conventionnée diplômée de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, je suis titulaire d’un master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie.

Je reçois des adultes, adolescents et couples pour un accompagnement psychologique adapté à chaque situation et chaque personnalité.

Je suis spécialisée dans la prise en charge des addictions, des troubles du comportement alimentaire, ainsi que dans la gestion du stress, de l’anxiété et des difficultés relationnelles ou familiales.

Mon approche est intégrative, ce qui me permet d’adapter mes outils thérapeutiques à la demande et aux besoins spécifiques de chacun.

En parallèle, étant également coach sportif, j’intègre lorsque cela est pertinent une dimension psychocorporelle au suivi. Cette approche permet de reconnecter l’esprit et le corps, notamment dans les problématiques liées à l’image de soi, à la régulation émotionnelle ou à la reconstruction après un traumatisme.

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Licensed clinical psychologist for children, adolescents and families. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Lewis & Clark College (Portland, OR, USA) and a master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology from the Université libre de Bruxelles (Brussels, Belgium). I am in the process of obtaining an additional master's degree in neuropsychology and am training in family and systemic psychotherapy. I offer individual, couple or family follow-up on Monday mornings in Mérode and Thursday afternoons/evenings in Messidor. I also offer consultations at home or by videoconference in certain cases individuals (perinatal care, reduced mobility, hospitalization, etc.) Consultations in French and English, by appointment. I adopt an integrative approach to psychotherapy drawing on different trends including psychoanalysis, systemics and person-centered humanist therapies. The proposed follow-up is co-constructed between the patients and myself in the most human, caring way and adapted to the specific needs of people.
