Clinical psychologist with a systemic and psychoanalytical orientation, I offer individual consultations (children, adolescents, adults) or family consultations in order to carry out, with you, a deep analysis and understanding of the problems encountered which led you to consult me. My specializations : - Accompaniment/support for parenthood - Work on the individual family history which may or may not have been traumatic and which may or may not leave traces on the current functioning - Accompaniment and support for children and adolescents showing signs of suffering/unwell-being and who may or may not have developed behavioral problems - Welcoming any person in psychological suffering who wishes to take stock of their situation and feel listened to (stress, anxiety, questioning...) My attraction to accompanying parenthood has led me to train as a baby massage consultant. I offer parents the possibility to learn specific massage gestures for relaxation and care of their baby. L'objectif est d'articuler son savoir aux besoins du travail thérapeutique. Cette approche est alors centrée sur le patient et sur la conviction que chacun dispose des outils nécessaires à son bien-être. Son expérience en recherche lui vaut également une expertise dans le domaine des émotions.

As a licensed clinical psychologist, my therapeutic practice is based on a holistic approach to the individual, taking into account emotions, thoughts, body, behavior, spirituality and environment. My background has given me clinical experience in various fields: chronic stress, burn-out, depression, anxiety, cancer, trauma, chronic pain and psychosomatics. The therapeutic work I propose is based on brief therapy and reassociative trauma psychotherapy (RTTP). RTP is a therapeutic tool practiced with the help of strategic conversational hypnosis used for the desensitization of traumatic events whose goal is to reassociate and rebalance the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease the traumatic load. During a session, we dialogue and co-construct in order to create the conditions of change that you want to see in your life, the objective being that you can regain control over your emotions and physical sensations. My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. I invite you to express yourself in a caring, empathetic and non-judgmental listening space in order to explore together what you are experiencing and to offer you a therapeutic accompaniment that takes into account your problematic and your singularity. I offer consultations for adults, in individual interviews, going through the following difficulties - Chronic and psychosomatic pain (fibromyalgia, polyarthritis, headaches, back pain, gastrointestinal disorders,...) - Anxiety, phobias - Chronic stress, exhaustion, burn-out - Difficulties related to hypersensitivity. More generally, I accompany and support you in your personal, relational, marital and professional difficulties in order to remobilize your resources and find motivation, joy of living, self-confidence and self-esteem.

En tant que psychologue clinicienne, j’accompagne les enfants, adolescent·es, adultes, couples (conjugaux et parentaux) et les familles. Mon approche se nourrit des courants TCC et centrée sur la personne. Je m’adapte à la singularité de chaque personne, tout en tenant compte de son environnement familial, social, professionnel, culturel, etc. Je m’engage à me sensibiliser continuellement aux discriminations systémiques et à leurs conséquences sur l’individu.
