With a multicultural background and multiple experiences abroad, I would like to let me guide you through different processes of reconnecting with one’s self, understanding your path, overcoming challenges in your everyday life, going through an overwhelming period, wanting to communicate better with your partner, approaching burnout, or experiencing high levels of anxiety or depression. 

Clinical psychologist trained in systemic psychotherapy at the ULB. She listens actively and in a benevolent way, accompanies and guides, bringing to the fore your own resources, combining therapeutic framework and creativity. Treatment: children/adolescents, adults, couples and families.

Graduated in psychology and educational sciences in 2009, I have worked in various sectors of clinical psychology. I first worked with children and adolescents suffering from autism, psychosis and severe neurosis, and then opened my own practice. Trained in psychoanalytical and systemic practices, I now work both as a clinical manager in a child psychiatric hospital and as a psychotherapist with a varied patient base, children, adolescents or adults, in individual, couple and/or family settings. I treat various psychological disorders (attachment disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety, burn-out, school drop-out, autism spectrum disorders, psychotic disorders, ...).

Diplômée d'un master en sciences psychologiques à finalité spécialisée en clinique de l'adulte (UCLouvain), je propose des prises en charge individuelle.

En tant que psychologue clinicienne, je suis là pour vous accompagner tout le long de votre processus vers le bien-être émotionnel ainsi que vous soutenir et vous guider dans la compréhension de vous-même. J'apporte un soin tout particulier pour que les séances individuelles soient un espace sûr et confidentiel pour que vous puissiez explorer vos émotions, pensées, etc.

Actuellement, je me spécialise dans la prise en charge des traumas. 

Dans un souci de bienveillance et afin d’orienter au mieux chaque personne, je précise que certaines problématiques nécessitent une approche spécialisée que je ne propose pas actuellement, notamment :

Stéphane Nana est psychologue du travail et des organisations, diplômé de l’université libre de Bruxelles et est inscrit à la commission des psychologues. Ses recherches en psychologie ont porté sur les stratégies d’adaptation des travailleurs expatriés sur Bruxelles face aux situations de différence culturelle. Après avoir acquis plusieurs expériences professionnelles notamment au Cameroun comme directeur de publication et rédacteur en chef du magazine mon psychologue et dans plusieurs organisations en Belgique tel que l’asbl d’Cole, Manpower et la cellule Bien-être du Service public fédéral Stratégie et appuie, il est amené à prendre en charge des problématiques d’ordre social, familial et professionnelles tel que :

I am a clinical psychologist recognized by the commission of psychologists (approval number: 912221778). I obtained my degree in psychology (research section) in 2014 at the ULiège. I continued my studies with a master in criminology obtained in 2016. After a year spent working in the field of youth work as a criminologist I realized that I felt hindered in the help I could provide. Therefore, I decided to take a final year of study in adult clinical psychology in order to be able to offer psychological follow-up for individuals, couples or families and to get as close as possible to the human character of the helping relationship. I am currently working at the Psy Pluriel center in Liege where I offer follow-ups for adults from 18 years old. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy but I also have the skills and tools to adapt to the requests and the people who ask for help. The help I offer covers different issues such as anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, phobias ...), work on self-confidence / self-esteem / self-affirmation, stress management, emotional dependence, interpersonal problems or any other subject that concerns the person. I am also trained in EMDR which is a therapy centered on trauma, it allows to soothe the emotional knots resulting from one or more traumatic events in order to be able to integrate this into one's life path. I work mainly with individuals. Couple or family sessions are also possible. Passionate about my work, I am constantly training myself, in the "to come" section you can see my imminent projects. What can a psychological follow-up bring to you ? First of all, an attentive, neutral and benevolent ear. Indeed, the psychologist is a neutral person who will listen to you without judging you. This will allow you to put your feelings into words, in a way that will allow you to objectify them, to take a step back and to find courses of action in the company of a neutral third party and in a neutral place as well. It is true that it can be pleasant and reassuring to confide in friends or family, but they know you and even with the best of intentions they may see your situation with filters concerning what they know about you. Sometimes they live with you, so there may be biases on their side and you may be reluctant to describe your situation for fear of offending someone, for example. A psychologist does not know you and has no preconceived ideas about you, this new perspective is a real asset. Je m'appelle Victoria, je suis psychologue clinicienne formée à la Psychologie Clinique et à la Psychopathologie chez l'adulte et l'adolescent.

Concentré dans la gestion de vagues émotionnelles qu'elles soient dues à une évolution personnelle ou contextuelle, l'espace proposé ici se veut un espace d'accueil et de bienveillance.

Consultations individuelles pour Adolescents ( de 13 à 18) et Adultes qui souhaitent un accompagnement dans la bienveillance et la compassion.

L'accompagnement peut se faire en cabinet ainsi qu'en visioconférence à la convenance du patient.
